I remember reading an article on 411Mania about how insanely over he was in Mexico. How over? At a show, he couldn't appear due to an injury. The crowd was that hot and was at the point of a riot, the only way to calm them down was to get Mistico to drive to the show to make an appearance. Mind you, Mexicans are a little fanatic about their wrestling. Does that justify him being in the Top 10? I don't think so, but I don't take the lists for PWI500 that seriously.

Ok, to clear up some of the answers, since my one buddy gets this magazine every year when it comes out and I've seen his copy. Supposedbly the list is based on how someone is booked during July '06 to July '07. Like Cena who has had the title during that nearly whole time period, makes him #1. Wrestlers can drop such as HHH if they are injured during most of this time period. And Benoit is in the magazine, just listed as deceased.
