Seriously, what would it take for you to stop watching wrestling?
For me personally, we are getting close with Vince Vincing it up ever chance he gets. I could really go the rest of my life without seeing him on TV ever again, I wish he "stayed dead" so we would just see the occasional Vince tribute video, damn you Benoit.

I've more or less stopped watching. I can't stay awake for the times I tr to attempt watching SmackDown, I haven't watched any ECW since the CM Punk winning the World Title one and before that it had been a LONG time, and I haven't watched a single RAW since the Chris Benoit tribute.
And I'll tell you all this, I was die hard loyal, the exact day I started skipping watching all the time was when Hogan won the WWE Title at Backlash '02. It was a steady decline after that til we got to this point. I'll watch if spoilers tell me something awesome will happen, otherwise, eh.

nothing, unless they move Raw to a different night. I'm always going to watch it if it's on Monday Night.

I only watch Raw now and I only watch it once and sometimes skip bits. Back around 99 - 01 I would watch PPV's and Raw twice or 3 times when taking it round different peoples houses. Now if someone asks for a copy of Raw or a PPV I don't watch with them.

I'm pretty much done watching, I may watch TNA's two hour show, if they can't entertain, I doubt I'll keep watching them.
And I'm all but done watching RAW, it's just to insulting to keep watching week after week, with no effort being made on their part to change.
And nobody watches ECW or Smackdown.

You gave up more or less when I did.

I dunno, I only watch RAW now since we started getting it live, if it were still shown on friday nights I probably wouldn't have watched for the past few years.

I don't watch much TV bar comedy's and sport, so this is like my "soap opera" time. I think cos I've grown up with it. It's like a cousin in ur family. Whilst he's not the best friend u have, u don't mind hanging out with him or seeing him once in a while. But regardless, he's always gonna be there at some point.

I haven't watched an entire Raw in probably 6 months. Haven't watched the Main Event of Raw in about 2 months because it always has Cena in it and he just bores me to sleep.
I'll completely stop watching if HBK, HHH, Y2J, Rock, Stone Cold, all say they will never appear on Raw again.

Look at the last two years of WWE.
There you have it.

I think I'd slowly drop off the shows one at a time. If Raw didn't have Kennedy I'd skip through most of it. I watch ECW but if I miss an episode I don't care too much. I most look forward to SD but if WWE fired MVP I wouldn't watch that much either.
I think I'm too invested to completely walk away. At the worst I'd stop watching the TV shows and watch the occasional PPV.

I stopped in late 2002, resumed in mid 2005. Upon my return to wrestling viewership I watched pretty hardcore, like I used to. My interest has gradually declined since then. I'm back to watching it sporadically and am pretty close to cutting it off again.
Why?
It just isn't interesting. It isn't one thing in particular, all around the shows (both WWE and TNA) aren't entertaining and so I'm not going to force myself to sit through it anymore out of sheer "support" for wrestling or whatever. The entertainment factor just isn't there and it is really wearing on my interest in any programming.

I watch Raw but nothing else. I don't really care about it anymore. I think I will probably stop watching all together soon. Well unless nothing else is on.
I still skip around and rarely watch anything but RAW, but I don't think I'll ever drop from watching wrestling entirely. Sticking it out till the end.

If the Cena injury is a work, I'm switching off for good.

I personally find Vince mad entertaining.
I watch very little at the moment as it is.
I've never had cable / Sky at home so it's never been easy for me to watch anyway. But then I discovered torrents and I started to watch regularly. Then I quickly realised that it was too much of a task to d/l every show.
SmackDown! went out of the window, then Raw (think I only ever got one ECW show). It wasn't worth spending the time on the d/l for the shit that was coming through.
The only show I'm watching week in week out is Impact. The only reason for this is that it is a 1 hour show and so 1) it takes a half hour to download and 2) I only have to sit through an hour of the usually aweful programming.
Obviously I'll give the 2 hour Impact a chance but having glanced the spoilers I can't see me being bothered to continue downloading.
So that leaves me with PPVs. I don't think I'll ever stop for good. Man, I put wrestling on when I get in bed! It might take me 4 days to watch a 3 hour PPV but there ain't nothin that sends me to sleep better!

I don't really watch, at present. Having Paul London & Brian Kendrick lose the WWE Tag Team Championship just days short of surpassing Toru Tanaka & Mr. Fuji as the third longest reigning Tag Team Champions of all-time was kind of a shitty thing which turned me off. Triple H squashing what momentum they had going didn't help, either.
Now, when Vince embarrasses Val Venis for getting those votes, it'll probably be major strike three with me, and I'll care even less.

Not much. I already don't care if I miss Raw. WWE hasn't done anything to make new stars and now that a lot of my favorite guys have either died, retiried, or injured right now I don't really get into the storylines.
I watch wrestling for wrestling first, then storylines/angles. WWE on tv barely delivers great matches, so.... yeah.
Right now, it'd probably take Christian, Edge, and Jericho (assuming he actually comes back soon) retiring at the same time.

I stopped in late 2002, resumed in mid 2005.
I stopped watching after Wrestlemania in 2003, because I was busy with college, going out on the nights the shows were on, and kept forgetting to tape it.
I started watching again July 2006 and started watching it religiously again. The thing is my family don't like it so the only way I've been able to watch WWE is by torrent downloading, which has been my saviour. I still try and watch the PPVs on TV though.

I only really watch raw and bits of smackdown these days if that, ive had to miss it for the whole month due to real life shit, and havent been that bothered. I can't stand ECW. Its getting very close to the point where im going to give up also, its going to take something like the OLD ECW coming back for me to ever really be a fan again.
Everytime I watch smackdown! I end up watching Khali applying the vise grip on Batista.

To be honest this past few months have been pissing me off...mostly due to Cena always winning....
but I dont know if I would ever stop watching wrestling...maybe if we had no cable at home.

By the end of next year odds are Skip will only be watching RAW.

There'sa good chance he'll stop watching altogether. Umanga might win the title, especially if Triple H injures himself.
Which is about as probable as Hogan wanting creative control.
It's amazing. WWE has pretty much lost all of its new fanbase, and all they have left is their loyals, who are dying off slowly as well.
I've pretty much already stopped watching wrestling altogether. I tape episodes now and again, but I don't care if I miss them, and sometimes I don't even bother to watch the ones that I tape. They haven't created any new stars. Cena, Batista, Orton, and Lashley are all they've really made, and none of them have that real, powerful, superstar intangible. Cena is no Rock or Austin. None of them are. Kennedy is the closest they've come, and he created his own gimmick (with the help of Paul Heyman).
Guys like Jericho, RVD, Angle, Christian, Benjamin, Kane, the Hardys; they should be running the scene right now. They should have become the new line of main event stars; but instead, while Austin and Rock were still around, and Triple H was obviously around, they were turned into mid-carders for life, because the front-line could not be disturbed. So now we're fucked, because these guys are either gone or still mid-carders, and we have to deal with the shitty ass performances of the Cenas, Batistas, and Ortons of the WWE.
So yeah, that's pretty much why I've stopped watching wrestling.
