Just when I think Orton found a small hole in the glass celing, BAM. Shawn comes back and rails him in the face. Amazing.

Nothing has changed since 1996, nor should it.

Orton got owned. Was there a save us 222 video cause I spent half the night flicking over to MNF. Guessing it wasn't for HBK afterall.

Hopefully cocky HBK is back. Will be able to tell after his first promo, but he has a great look.

The Kliq has deforested, strip mined, and salted the area. Sorry.

The Kliq has done one truly great thing: To destroy multiple wrestling promotions. :y:

Just wanted to say I loved how I liked how Orton sold the SCM, like a total knockout. It really pisses me off when DX does the SCM- stumble into the Pedigree. Or when someone sells it like they've been hit by a haduken fireball and fly across the ring. Its a fucking kick to the jaw

Yes. Orton did sell it perfectly I thought. Hope this is leading into a feud between HBK and Orton. I would rather see that than Orton/HHH, had my fill of that at No Mercy.

Really? I was kind of hoping for another match between 'em that night.

The damage the kliq did to a wrestling promotion is nothing compared to what Bischoff, Hogan, or a merger with AOL did.

I think that this was a blessing in disguise. An Orton v. HBK fued can help Orton BIG, as long as Orton doesn't look like a punk. HHH needs to be in another fued not having to do with the title.

Michaels can definitely go, and Orton could learn something from him, in-ring wise. They can put on some GREAT matches, probably MOTY candidates. The WWE needs to hurry and figure out this "saveus.222" angle and how to use it b/c it shouldn't just give whomever (Jericho) a title shot, but don't make it a waste.

I have a feeling things are going to get interesting in the next couple of months. Cena will still be on tv probably, but just interviews, Edge will be coming back, it's only a matter of time before CM/MVP/Morrison move to Raw to shake things up, so i'm lookng forward to it.

HBK vs. Orton has been done before, and it was nothing spectacular the first time. Orton is nowhere near the same league as HBK, and if the match turns out well, I'm willing to bet it'll be thanks to Michaels 75/25.

Considering Orton has gotten worse throughout the years too, it will probably be more like 85/15.

The Kliq contains some of the most overrated wrestlers of all-time. Shawn Michaels is great, and Triple H is pretty fucking good, but their attitudes ruin it for me. Not so much HBK these days as Triple Z, although his DX stint was pretty fucking horrible.

Also, Shawn Michaels won't beat Randy Orton for the title at Cyber Sunday, I agree. It wouldn't shock me, per se, but it's too soon for Orton's second run to end. The only way HBK gets the belt back is if he threatens to leave and uses some kind of leverage like that.

The WWE needs Chris Jericho back, because he's been gone long enough to the point where he could actually change the perception of a show when he returns.

I don't care if you do post it twice. The kliq's ball hairs have more talent than Val Venis.

Actually, I'd strongly disagree with that. Venis is leap years ahead of Kevin Nash, and if Sean Morley was fucking the boss' daughter, and was in the same position as Triple H is now, I think he would be doing just as good. His 20-minute promos would be more interesting by default, and given the chance to work the big matches, they would be much the same.

Triple H is waaaaay overrated.

I accepted the cold hard facts 5 years ago that Taz was going to be nothing more than a mediocre color commentator, accept the fact that Val Venis is jobbing for the rest of his career.

I accept the fact that Val is a jobber. Doesn't mean I have to like it. When he steps out of his active wrestling role, and becomes a trainer, road agent or member of the broadcast team, I'll accept that, too.

Also, I disagree with you on the Triple H > Val Venis thing. I think a lot of Triple H is based on his positioning on the card. Take him away from it, and you have guy who has good psychology, and some brawling skills. He's really not that great.

HHH is a pretty good wrestlers, he can make a ironman not to boring and hell, he even made the hurricane look good against him. He can do something that 75% of the roster can't do, he can sell any move he receive.

BigDaddyCool

HHH makes matches have a big match feel. Val makes it feel like it is a Heat match.

Mercury Bullet

One thing Triple H has more of than 98% of wrestlers out there, is the ability to sell. He sells any and everything the right way which is a rarity in wrestling today.

I dont even like Triple H, but he's miles ahead of Val in terms of wrestling abilities, and technical skills. Also HHH has the charisma and star power, something Mr. Venis is lacking in. Triple H also know how a match is and should be worked. HHH knows what it takes to have a great PPV main event, where as Val is lucky if he gets to main event Heat.
