View Full Version : TNA's Women's Division is pretty fucking great at the moment...

Gail Kim is fantastic. She's beautiful, talented and likable. She's a great choice for their Knockout Champion (shitty name, they need to just call it the "TNA Women's Championship," or something).

Then, you have Awesome Kong. Seriously, this woman is fucking great. She overacts like fuck (probably developed those skills to break the language barrier in Japan), but she's just fucking great. I mark out for her path of destruction, and she's one of those women you can actually buy into being a world beater. Seriously, Amazing Kong is like the female version of Monty Brown. I'm not sure what she's like on the mic, but I'm willing to bet it would be greatness. I'm glad TNA has her under contract.

Christy Hemme wasn't eliminated in the Gauntlet, and for good reason. I assume there are plans to use her in the division, and seeing as she's been learning at a rapid pace, I definitely think it is a good move. I like her in her role as a manager, and I look forward to her revenge match against Awesome Kong. Hemme has really grown on me as a performer, and a piece of ass. Good work, Christy.

Angel Williams is apparently really talented, but I'm not sure if she's signed a contract. If I were TNA, I'd snap up her and Talia Madison as quickly as possible. Neither woman is horrible, and Angel seems to have her mannerisms down. She'll be left out of the shuffle for a bit, but when she gets into it, bam. Should be fun. She reminds me of Ashley Massaro, only it doesn't look like she's lost in there. No wonder the WWE released her.

Again, I don't know about Talia Madison, but she's fucking Gregory Helms, who is truly a lucky man. Talia is a girl I can see the WWE snatching up, but she might already be under contract. Either way, more Madison is good.

Ms. Brooks and Ms. Jackie Moore are pretty much being overlooked by a lot of people, but they are both solid enough. I consider them characters first and wrestlers second, though. Let them step out of the immediate division, a bit, and establish new blood.

Roxxi Laveau is with The Voodoo Kin Mafia, but I must say, her Voodoo Queen gimmick is not as horrible as I thought. It sets her apart, and Nikki Roxx is apparently one of the best up-and-coming female wrestlers in the business. TNA made a wise decision to lock her down. I assume her character will evolve as they decide to move her closer to the Championship.

ODB turning up in TNA actually surprised me. What surprised me even more is that she is not completely hideous. A lot of her "Dirty" image appears to be character. She played a strong role in OVW, but in TNA she is dwarfed out by Awesome Kong. It's a good dynamic, I think. ODB probably had her eyes set on the WWE, but I honestly think TNA is the best option for her. The WWE does not care about women they cannot dress up (although, they might actually be able to do something with ODB as she moves away from her ape phase...*shudder*). ODB could end up with a good heel gimmick in the WWE, but what are the chances it'd last? TNA might actually have a place for her.

Shelly Martinez is just hot, and knows how to really play her part well. She's not quite polished yet, but she'll probably end up doing porn, and that could be some publicity for the company. I like her being around. Stick her with a guy, though.

TNA needs to look into bringing Krissy Vaine into the company. She has expressed interest in working there, and she's a hot, capable female talent. Maybe even sign Amber O'Neal from SHIMMER, and stick them back together as "Team Blondage," in a heel alliance role. TNA should also make an offer to Shantelle Taylor, seeing as the WWE didn't want to pay her while they worked out what to do with her. Here's an idea: LET HER FUCKING WRESTLE!!!

There are some great SHIMMER girls the company can look at, like Sarah Stock, Eden Black, Rebecca Knox and MsChif, but a veteran signing I'd make is bringing in Nora Greenwald. She wants a lot of money, but if they can haggle her down with the schedule and all that, she could make a great character for the division, and can help some of the lesser developed girls get there.

An Awesome Kong vs. Nora Greenwald match would seriously kick ass.

It seems they're remotely serious about this.

For now, TNA does tend to have the attention span of that of a 6 year old with autisism.

Just be glad they don't have the memory of a goldfish like WWE.

Somtimes, that would be preferred.

TNA's womens' division has the potential to be better than WWE (when their womens' division was actually good). They have some great wrestlers.

I just hope TNA doesn't fuck it up.

Instead of trying to compete with the WWE they should just try to get the most out of all their wrestlers. TNA's main focus should be on wrestling.... lighten up on the angles and storylines.

Wouldn't it explain so much if it turned out Jarrett was Autistic? :D
