Okay, I seem to remember he's not interested in wrestling anymore, but how cool would it be if he took his millionaire gimmick and used it to start "buying" out wrestlers' contracts, or something similar?

It would be pretty cool, but I really like the guy as a commentator. Maybe if he could do both, and ease into the transition, and hire back Heyman to do colour commentary when JBL's a full blown character.

Yeah, that would be cool, but Aliennoid likes it, so the idea is shit.

Kinda like Ted DeBiase and the Million Dollar Corporation.

Basically. I got the idea from the Teddy Hart thread, in part. Where people were talking about the Six Million Dollar Man, Steve Aus...Errr, I mean...

Kinda like Ted DeBiase and the Million Dollar Corporation.

My thoughts exactly, and I posted elsewhere regarding that, I'd love to see him come back with his son Ted jr. But I know this is the closest idea to something like what DiBiase was like.

I think I'd cream if I saw the Million Dollar Belt on TV again someday. I know it never meant anything, but to me, it did damn it. TO ME IT DID. GOD FUCKING DAMN YOU SAVIO VEGA :(

Honestly, in general, I'd love to see JBL more active again, BUT given the way managers are virtually ignored in today's WWE or randomly forgotten about, I'd rather see him remain on commentary.

I've always loved the thought of JBL "buying" SmackDown! He'd be great in a GM / Owner role.

Much better than the current GM. Jesus Christ, I tried watching Smackdown a couple of weeks ago and I want to knife her.

I'd like to see JBL become the entire WWE's General Manager. Have him buy out huge amounts of WWE stock, basically bring all the brands together, and have him run the whole damn thing. Maybe start a mix of the MDC and the Corporation stable.

But that would require WWE would please me on two fronts...giving JBL more air time and ending the brand split...and since WWE has proven time and time again they base their entire promotion around pissing me off, we know this will never happen.

Could you please send them a letter telling them how much you love the brand split...and also Michael Cole maybe? Please?

Woah!

If he becomes a manager, that means that he wouldn't be commentating, which means less JBL every show, THIS CANNOT HAPPEN

Unless he forms like a Heenan family and literally takes all the heels under 1 stable, then it would be ok.

Wait a sec! He could have all the heels from RAW as well and be on TV 4 hours a week!

Now THAT would be money!

I'd like to see him go away forever

because he sucks

Rather than having JBL "buy" the WWE, I'd have him buy the Championships, somehow. If ECW is completely re-united with SmackDown!, JBL should buy the ECW Championship and turn it into his own title, similar to the Million Dollar Championship. Have him award it to a young wrestler of his choosing, and boom, make them a star.

But yeah, JBL really needs to be on commentary, unless they have something specifically great for him.

I'd say that I'd rather see JBL on one or two segments a week I watch than as part of a commentary team I tune out, but since Smackdown blows so bad I don't watch it, the argument is probably moot.
