It is hilarious how as Bradshaw he sucked so bad, but then he got a hair cut and washed that black crap out of his hair and ruled so hard from there on. He is like a reverse Samson.

Definitely. The APA sketches were okay, and Bradshaw was pretty good as the WWF's pep-talker during the Invasion, but beyond that the guy never did anything worth mentioning before becoming JBL. I never would have thought that a guy who was mostly involved in comedy sketches centered around insisting someone enter his presence through a free-standing door would have anything more significant to offer.

I still vividly recall a time when Bradshaw, for whatever reason, was up with JR & Lawler doing special guest commentary and sucked so bad. He couldn't remeber his lines, it may have been with APA or something. He could barely spit out something like quit with the looney tune act. Now he is commenating circles around King and Ross.

Imagine how great SD's commentary would be if JBL had a partner who was worth a damn. Though I'd still rather listen to Cole than JR or Lawler.

That was kind of an emotional time for me, having to wave goodbye (:wavesad:) to the A.P.A., but the WWE Idol backstage vid I still remember. Maybe there's hope of a (short-lived of course) A.P.A. reunion or something. (Hey, if Vince is doing it with DX a second time, why not the A.P.A.?)
