Sorry...I'm Not Sorry, it took me so long to update this.

So, Guess What, Someone beat out good ol Sparky Plug in the original RTW, as The Boogeyman, set a new bar, or low, each ever way you look at it, with an amazing 39....Yes It is amazing he got that high...haha

Anyways, I gave Noid the task of picking today's RTW, he was going to incite you all with his Val Venis title picture angles, but deceided, that he wanted to go a different route, so Today RTW is 23 Hour WWF Champion, KANE!

BTW, Big Vito 22, Al Snow is coming up tomorrow.

I give Kane a 9. Been a mark for him since I first saw him and he is one of the better big men. Also kudos for sticking around despite all the shit WWE has put him through.

You know, I think of him as one of the greats despite obvious lower skill in some aspects, Still for all he has done.

Honestly 9

I've always been a pretty big mark for him. A lot of people say he's not that good in the ring, but I think he's good. He's just like Benoit, HBK, or Jericho and can't work a good match with anyone. I can only imagine what he would have done over these 10 years if he politicked.

If he were to take a couple of months off and return all pissed off, chokeslamming people and destroying everyone, a lot of people would mark out. I know he's close to retirement though. Maybe he can leave for a couplf of years to return all awesome, but WWE will job him out then too.

7 - Used to be higher, but he doesn't care anymore (not that I blame him).

Could have been great, possibly better than Taker himself, but he's been fucked too many times that this 8 is actually out of past respect.

I'm going to bust out my first half-point:

8.5

Kane is a solid gimmick which has evolved fairly well over the years, despite what seems like every attempt to make Kane more or a joke than Sharkboy. Jacobs has been commited to the act for a decent period of time, and he's done well with what he was given.

If they hadn't ruined him by putting him in with X=Suck and Torrie, had him say "Suck it," and so on, not to mention ruining the new serial killer unmasked Kane, I might give him a 9 or 10. He's not the greatest wrestler, but he doesn't have to be. Kane's a solid athletic specimen whose primary trait should always be his presence. It's a shame they botched that, because I was really big on his "unmasked" character until they watered it down.

Seriously, how awesome would an FTW psycho killer who thinks he's still hideously burned be dominating the locker room as a heel?

Kane is one of the biggest disapointments in wrestling. And it isn't all his fault, but then again he could have done more. He could have politiked or whatever. But no he just was quiet and went with the flow.

Kane was awesome from his debut to Mania 14. I couldn't have booked him any better. Like I said before, for people wanting to book monsters, just watch that footage. I absolutely loved his feud with Mankind and thier match at SS 97. One of my fav wrestling moments was when Mankind came out and walloped Kane with a wrench and knocked him off his feet.

anyway, getting way of course. After he got beat by Taker, it took the unstoppable monster aura away from him a little. He was still kick ass and as KK said, nothing really ever ruined him. He's of course died down a lot the past couple years.

SO I give him a 7.5

I remember when Kane Chokeslammed Foley during that match, and dented the crap out of the Steel Ramp

Seriously, I've been a Kane mark since day one. His persona has grown and changed with the time, we've seen him weak, and we've seen him as an unstopable beast.
Not to mention we've seen him hook a car battery up to Shane's junk.

nah, he chokeslammed Dude Love like a couple weeks before the match and dented the ramp. Then Mankind comes out a week later and challenges Kane to a match. Then when Kane was going to attack Ahmed Johnson, Mankind came down with a wrench or maybe it was a pipe (I have to look back) and just plastered Kane with it. Great storytelling

9. I am a Kane mark, which is why the score is so high, but when it really comes down to it, Kane has been one of the more consistent performers the WWE has. He was the guy who got me hooked on wrestling, with his performance in the 2001 Royal Rumble Match. The guy may not be the best in the ring, but his training by Dean Malenko often shines through, and he rarely botches moves, and never really gets too blown up. Especially for a guy his size.

Kane deserves a courtesy run with the WWE Championship. Despite everything, he still remains over, and his character still has potential to just snap back into gear and become a main eventer. I really believe Kane could do his fair share of carrying the company.
