This thought just occurred to me...how is the WWE going to be effected by the writer's strike? Or will they be effected at all? Do the WWE writers belong to the writer's guild?

I don't have any idea so I thought I'd ask. Think it would be interesting if they DO and they wind up on strike. What the hell is WWE going to do if that happens?

I thought Boone posted down in the news board that WWE isn't affected by it.

*PHEW*

Good, cause as mentioned...I would hate to see "Best Of's" and reruns and shit from them.

God that would be awful.

I don't know, I'd mark out if they just started airing Monday Nitro or old RAWs from the Attitude era.

They could fill the time having Santino perform a standup routine.

Then probably have Austin stunner him

Yeh but that is exactly what they wouldn't air...we'd get what loopydate mentioned.

No, Vince just sits in a room randomly pulling out ideas from a bag marked "Rejected Russo Ideas".

Well, someone once purposed the idea that if you had a room full of monkeys typing on keyboards, eventually they would by freak chance type out the Bible. Vince McMahon being a fan of carnie acts decided to give it a try, and while they haven't gotten the bible out yet, what they HAVE done is seen every week from 8pm-10pm on the USA Network. Check it out some time.

If the writers did belong to the guild, I don't think they'd deserve any royalties from anything produced. I mean, that implies your product has to be decent.

They referenced the writer's strike on Raw...lol. Thought that was interesting...

Not exactly, but check that south park episode when they explain how family guy is written, it would explain alot if you ask me, that's my theory on how its written anyhow.

If you were watching Raw last night, DX addressed that issue. No one writes that crap.

I figured it was because of one of reasons:

1. Vince is such an asshole he won't even let his Writers Unionize

or

2. The writers are so bad the Union won't take them.

Yeah, it's stolen from the news board, but I think it's good. so sue me.
