DO YOU?
Depends on the game. Sometimes I do sometimes I don't.
Usually don't.

You took this from the Game Scoop podcast on IGN didn't you
And yes, I do invert my Y-axis.
Yep. In fact, I dont think I could properly play most games without inverting.

Sometimes. I usually just go with whatever the default is and adjust only if the controls are totally asinine.

I used to hate inverted, it made no sense to look down when I pressed up... but now it's the complete opposite. Inverting makes much more sense.

I've been pulling back to look up since GoldenEye. The only game I don't mind pressing up to look up is MGS games in first person viewpoint (for some reason).

No but I always need to invert the X-Axis but apparently nobody else in the world does so games do not have that feature.

Just curious, what other games are there where that would work?

I'm surprised at the fact that more people here play inverted than those that don't. Honestly pretty weird.
I think when I was younger I use to play with it inverted but I cannot stand it unless I'm in some sort of flying vehicle. Even then I think I have to switch back and forth before I feel one I like.
Just seems weird that you would hold down in order to look up.

For me, if you're holding a gun and you're right handed and you look up, shouldn't your right shoulder/arm dip down?

I go more for the my-head-tilts back when I look up, so my controller should tilt back school of thought.

The first video games I played were all flight simulators (my dad's an aerospace engineer so he had tons of them), so the inverted Y-axis comes naturally to me.

I just wasn't sure what you meant, actually. I just kinda guessed you meant shooters and FPS, just based on what the y-axis is, geometrically.
