always wondered this too. i remember reading about jerry telling someone in an interview that he wouldnt suggest people to watch TNA. lol

I thought this is how it went down:

Jerry and Jeff started TNA together, there were differences and Jerry went to try and get a job with Vince, since then I don’t think they’ve gotten on.

I could be wrong though
