I wasn't sure if this was meant to make people think that was Edge, when it was actually Daron McBee. That promo was from '89.

I don't think anyone thought it was actually Edge... considering Edge would have been 16. Also, how the hell do you know the dude's name?

I'm 32 and grew up watching American Gladiators. It wasn't the greatest show I've ever seen, but my parents figured it was more 'beneficial' to watch than the WWE (WWF at the time.)

That, and Wikipedia had a bio on him. He's 46 now.
