That way kids are only forced to stay up ten minutes past bed time to see Cena win.
Obviously, this is a somewhat facetious post, and it's based on me and Sascha kidding around. But it's clear WWE wants to attract the kiddies, and 11PM is just too late for most of the fans they want to be up. That could be the reason ratings are lower.
Cena's specifically a non issue right now, being out and injured, but if it's true that WWE wants a younger audience (And it really looks like it is), then maybe Monday Night RAW is a bad business venture.

Dammit, I was thinking this was going to be serious. I had all kinds of harsh responses prepared!

Technically, it's semi-serious.
:D
They should air the Cena hour at 6AM every Tuesday morning. It's a taped show that is an hour of a Cena promo, a Cena match and merchandise shilling.

Honestly I often wish Raw started at 8. I'm getting old and going to bed after 11 isn't good for me.

Half of me would see this as bad, because then I dont have something to do around 9ish. But then again if it did move I might actually get some sleep for once.
Not that my bed time is 10:00 or anything :shifty: I just prefer a full nights sleep...is all....

Raw should be moved, yes. Because every Monday at 7 is when we are gonna have open gym over winterbreak, and Raw starts at 7 our time on Mondays, which sucks. Can never watch it.

If RAW started at 7pm EST it would certainly have less competetion in the first hour.

Actually, with Raw recently, I'd probably watch it more if it started earlier, if only because it beats out watching the Same Simpsons episode they've shown 900 times this week or whatever. That's mostly because I'm looking for something to kill a couple of hours.
If WWE was good, I'd watch it at 3 AM if I had to. But before I stopped watching pretty much altogether, I found myself deciding sleep>Main Event, and tuning out. Though I tend to be up after midnight anyway, so it's not like it makes much of a difference. I do my best writing at 12:00 AM, so....

Though I didn't do any research and don't know what's on Nick at 7. That could cut into WWE's ratings.

Pfft, make SmackDown the "family friendly" show. And to push the "family friendly" idea keep Raw superstars off SmackDown. While we're at iit let SmackDown/ECW and Raw have their own ppvs... Yes, this is another way of saying I like the brand split.

So basically what you're proposing is combining the first half hour of RAW with the last half hour of RAW and repackaging as the Cena Hour for kids?
Yeah that would work.

See, that's more or less what they're doing, except they're ALSO toning down Raw. Cena on Raw doesn't fit with that model.

They should just give Super Cena his own comic book and variety show and have occasional crossovers with Spongebob and Hana Montana.

Damn. I was about to suggest Cena get his own cartoon, ala Mr. T and Chuck Norris, where he fights crime and shit. Funky sorta beat me to it.
