Screen Flicker

I just reformatted my computer :)

Anyways before I did this the screen was flickering when I was scrolling up and down web pages, like it wasn't scolling fast enough and the old bottom of screen takes about a second to become the new one. Kinda hard to explain, but if anyone knows whats wrong or how to fix it, help would be appreciated and rewarded with a rep.

I think that could be fixed with a video card driver update.

Although I get it every now and then and I just think that's because the webpage has too much stuff to load and the computer isn't catching up fast enough when you scroll.

You know, I think I may have deleted my video card drivers last night/ today, and I was seeing if it would be worth my time looking for the disc.
