Just because noone mentioned it...
I'd like to congratulate "world champions" England on getting their asses handed to them by the Irish.
Well done guys.

I would like to
Come on now, they didn't exactly get their arses handed to them. This is coming from a Jock too (and I did smile after the full time whistle admittedly).

Ireland deserved it yeah, our lineouts were too poor.I'm not too bothered though, what with Ireland being my second nation and we had to lose at some point.

Yeah they are.
I think they got lucky really, but they did deserve to win. But there is no way you could regard them that highly.
What no way are we one of the sh</>it rugby teams sure we're not world beaters but we'll give anyone a game on our day.

I agree with that statement Ogen, but considering how great everyone has regarded this English team is, I'm surprised that they lost to Ireland.
This England team is not that great they had a lucky world cup thanks to a certain Mr. Wilkonson's boot take him away and we've proved how inneffective they are.

I don't see how the side is suddenly crap because we lost once and are without Wilkinson, the last time we lost was back in August by 1 point in France, and it was more or less a second string side then.
Ireland are definetly not crap though, they're definetly in the top 6 and maybe better than South Africa.

Ahahahaha that proves that they are a 1-man side - something that the whole world has known for ages. Now where are all of the bandwagon jumpers who suddenly started barracking for England after the world cup?

We've looked worse up front since Johnson retired and Back was left out,i think they've been more important losses than Wilkinson, seeing as we never bother to go for drop goals in the six nations and Grayson is a decent goal kicker.
