I was thinking last night, could you imagine if HHH aligned himself with Vince how hated he would become? I think it could be great, you?

HHH wants to be a face, from what I understand. Could be wrong.
Triple H is one of the strongest heels they can have without Vince. Vince would probably just water him down at this point.
Also, there's been talk that Triple H wants to turn in the near future.

LOL. Things would have gone from a mild pop to mild heel heat.

He's one of the few guys who gets more than a mild pop.

Only if you ignore the piped in cheers. You know, the BIG RESPONSES when the crowd's sitting still...Ah well.

People have been commenting on it every week in the Raw thread. You might not notice....

Jillian Hall was getting major heat, unless that was piped in too
Getting back on topic. I don't think if/when HHH turns that he will "align himself with Vince". It wasn't that long ago (just before DX Version 5894) that HHH was a heel and what turned him face was Vince turning on HIM.
The occassional HHH face-turn is entertaining for a while, but he is in his true element as a heel. However, I don't like HHH/Vince alliances (didn't really like it back in '99 when he joined the Corporation either).
I like HHH heel either on his own, creating havoc with anyone, or with his OWN small stable a la Evolution - without any Vince backing. DX is done and dusted. Time for HHH to start another group with young up-and-comers to build them up to main-eventers, similar to what he's doing with Jeff.

Triple H and Vince McMahon aligning would actually be pretty good. It'd give the Vince McMahon character half a purpose. Triple H could align himself with Vince for the same reason he always has. He doesn't need to suddenly love Vince, but it's the smart thing to do. Vince is his boss, his father-in-law (stop alluding to it already, and just acknowlegde it), and the grandfather of his child. For personal and professional reasons, it makes perfect sense that Triple H would get back on Vince's good side.
Also, Triple H's entrance only works, in my opinion, when the crowd is silent. I'm serious, it's just heel music. When they pop and cheer, he feels like an anachronism.

I like HHH better as a face. :\ He might not be the absolute peak of entertainment, but he's entertaining enough without hogging up the main event. I'd rather have sub-par-upper-midcard-HHH than slightly-less-sub-par-belty-symbiote-HHH.
