Awesome show that ruled Nick during the late 90's.
I remember it specifically for a particular episode called "stoop kid."
I give it a 8/10

lol me and my friends loved this episode so much because there was this kid in 4th grade who always sat on the steps by himself during recess and we always yelled this at him.
I give it a 7. He's no Doug Yancy Funnie.

I was actually just thinking about this show today. The episode where Ludvig and Wolfgang are fighting over the football field.

This is around the time that Nickelodeon fell off. So, no.
I agree. It was an alright show, I'd have no prob giving it a 7 or a 6. But This was the first of a chain of shows/nicktoons that just weren't the same.
It was the first that just didn't fit, it was too bland and new and didn't fit with the irreverant Nickelodeon way.
Nickelodeon used to be about being gross, outrageous and somewhat bizarre in a good way.
Ren and Stimpy
Doug
Rugrats
then...
Rocko's Modern Life
Ahhh Real Monsters
those were the original nicktoons. Angry Beavers, Catdog, Hey Arnold and others failed to capture the same greatness.
The other shows also became lamer and Nickelodeon became more polished and about being kiddy and wholesome than being about slime and fart jokes.
All That went downhill Are You Afraid of the Dark and stuff like that was toned down and things became more like the disney channel. They got rid of edgier things and ditched the game shows. None of their new kids sitcoms had the same heart and uniqeuness as Pete and Pete or Clarissa
Kablaam was one of the last great, and worthy Nickelodeon shows. After this Nick died.
I will say, although I'm not a big fan, Spongebob seems to the a diamond in the rough. It's the only product of Nickelodeon in the past 10+ years that has the look, feel and tone of Nickelodeon of old.
You are forgetting Invader Zim.
Also, I regard "Hey Arnold" as being in the same category as "Ahh Real Monsters," if not on a higher echelon.
I do agree that Nickelodeon totally fell apart shortly after this. I don't know what happened but it was awful.
