To answer my own question, I would have had Mantaur win the '95 Rumble ala Yokozuna in '93, then have him defeat Diesel at Wrestlemania XI. He would then eat Pam Anderson and Jenny McCarthy and cover the belt in BBQ sauce and eat it as well.
