Should they just have done with it and change his name to Kofi B. Ware?
Because he's going to end up nicely filling that midcard jobber role when the novelty wears off.

I like him, he still reminds me of Eddie Gordo though
So now they have him and Dee Jay from Street Fighter on ECW (Burke)
Which beat 'em up character should ECW aquire next? King or Zangieff would be obvious choices, but I want people to think outside the box.

What I've seen of Kofi I love. You're a fool, NeanderCarl, plain and simple.

I know nothing of this Kofi Kingston. I keep forgetting about ECW, kinda like Vince.

Once the Edgeheads gimmick is done and dusted, they could always make Ryder and Hawkins into Ryu and Ken.

Shave Kahli, give him a scar over the chest and an eye patch: Sagat
Give Vince a hat, a cloak and the ability to defey gravity: M. Bison
Cena with some blond hair volume: Guile
Sean O'Haire would of made a great Jin Kazama as well

Not really. Wait and see.
He has the wrong colour skin for a man of his size to be pushed seriously. Unfortunate, but that's life in the WWE.

Nattie Neidhart in the frilly R. Mika outfit suplexing Kelly Kelly = :naughty:
Now that I think of it, Kelly looks a little like Cammy....

I like kofi, something new atleast.
Kofi rules, if he, Burke and Benjamin started a stable i'd be more interested, except Burke and Benjamin make better heels them babyfaces and vice versa with Kingston

For the record, I think he's a badass. Not a total failure on the mic and some interesting original moves in-ring.

He's a damn solid talent. His WWE stuff has been underwhelming, but they haven't really gone all out with him. He was one of the more impressive talents in the developmental system before he got called up.
I don't think ECW was the place to debut him. I actually think it was the worst of the three brands to start him on.
As for TJ Wilson, I don't see why they don't call him up to RAW, and have him team with DH Smith. The two work pretty damn fine as a tag team, and they could get over with Nattie Neidhart by their side. RAW is in desperate need of some real tag teams.

Actually, I disagree with that. Elijah Burke makes a damn fine and charismatic babyface. When he eventually makes a face turn, I think people are going to be surprised. I think he will suddenly connect with crowds a lot better.
I also think that Shelton Benjamin makes a pretty damn good face. His athletic ability and wrestling skills just make him pretty likable, in my opinion. He can turn on the "ruthless machine" type wrestler, well, but I think his natural personality is just more wired to being a face character.

No, not at all. I just think they would make both awesome faces and heels.
