Wrestlemania XX Hopes/Predicitions

Okay here goes; here are my picks for Wrestlemania XX... Probably none of which will be what actually happens this is just kind of what I am hoping to see with my 50 dollars, let me know if anyone has any arguments.

Goldberg Vs Brock Lesnar (special guest referee: Steven Austin)- *Lesnar* I feel that Goldberg could kick the crap out of sausage head any day of the week. But I am getting a hint of a possible heel turn by SCSA to turn on Goldberg and possible start a feud for post wrestlemania. Not really likely to happen but anything is possible.

HHH Vs HBK Vs Chris Benoit (World Heavyweight Title)- *HBK* this is a match I am looking forward to and am hoping HBK to come out on top. Granted Benoit probably deserves the spotlight most out of the three. But I was in San Antonio during the HHH vs HBK raw title match, and I rented the rumble and would really enjoy for Michaels to get his win over HHH.

Undertaker Vs Kane- *Undertaker* Kanes gimmick to me is a lot like putting foreign objects in my rectum. I really would look forward to Kane getting buried along with his current angle.

Eddie Guerro Vs Kurt Angle (WWE Championship Title)- *Kurt Angle* I just like him better than Eddie. To me Eddie is more of a US Champion then world. I mean come on anyone remember LWO? :wtf:

Sable & Torrie Wilson Vs Stacy & Miss Jackie (Playboy Evening Gown Match)-*Titties* who cares who wins this match just as long as I see some skin. :love:

John Cena Vs Big Show (U.S. Championship Title)- *Cena* Big Show cries to much. Though I don’t like the Master of Thuganomics angle he is definitely better condition, and will hopefully get the FU on the Big Slow.

Chavo Guerro Vs ???? (Open Cruiserweight Title Match)- *????* .... I just don’t like chavo, since he lost his stick horse in WCW.

Rock N Sock Connection (The Rock & Mick Foley) Vs Evolution (Randy Orton, Batista, and Ric Flair)- *Rock N Sock* I think this will be one of the only matches the face will win. Simply because it would be a nice retirement to Foley as a wrestler. Hope to see them both get RKO'd though.

Molly Vs Victoria(Women’s Title VS Molly's Hair)- *Victoria* Cause she is a bad biatch. Molly is a great wrestler she just needs to lose some of that back she has got. Plus she would look cool with no hair.

Christian Vs Chrs Jericho- *Christian* I am guessing that they are gonna play the chick leaves bf for bf's friend. Heel turn by trish to join with christian and kick the crap out of the king of bling bling. Long live the peeps!

Booker T & Rob Van Dam vs. Mark Jindrak & Garrison Cade vs. La Resistance vs. the Dudleys (World Tag Team Championship)- *Dudleys* Don’t really care who wins this match, whatever happened to cool tag teams. I am going for Dudleys cause I hate them the least.

Scotty 2 Hotty & Rikishi vs. APA vs. Basham Bros. vs. SPWGTT (WWE Tag Team Championship)- *APA* Cause scotty 2 hotty should die.

Like I said these are my predictions, nothing official about these what so ever. Give me your thoughts/predictions. And does anyone know what is going on with Raven in the NWA/TNA??

I'd like to see SCSA own the both of Brock and Goldberg if they are both leaving. Honestly, I hate Goldberg. I like Lesnar. But, if the 'new development' is true, and Goldberg's staying, give him the win. If this is all a work, INCLUDING Goldberg's intentions on leaving the WWE, I want Brock to win.

Benoit hands down, he WILL win this match. If he doesn't, I will blade my penis (last time I said I would blade my penis I was right... but this is a prediction without reports to back it up ahead of time)

Taker will win, but I really wish Kane would. Taker is going to bury Kane (in more ways than one) and Kane's gimmick will mean nothing again, and he will once again be fed to a guy who isn't far away from 50 and has already had his turn.

Eddie and Angle... I would like to see Eddie win to give him a longer reign. However, Kurt Angle is one of my all time favorites. So it wouldn't break my heart if he won. My prediction is Eddie.

Cena vs. Show - Prediction is Cena. Don't really care for either wrestler.

Chavo match: Want Chavo to win, but predict Mysterio.

Rock and Sock - can see this match being exciting. But you are going to see Foley and Rock kick out of everything at 'Mania. There is no stopping the two. Only way I see Evolution making it through the match without being on their backs, is if they DQ themselves and hit Rock and Sock with flamethrowers. The Rock alone is over all three of them. (no offense to Orton =P)

Molly vs. Victoria: Predict Victoria. But I want Molly to win. I really like Molly, seriously. At first I thought she was gimp (when she was Holly valet), but since her heel turn... She is showing off her skills as a great worker and a great heel. Plus, I like her style and look. Way different from the other chicks, and she is not a masculine freak.

Christian/Jericho: Predict Jericho. Want either of them to win. I love them both and I look forward to a long one from these two.

Booker/RVD 4 way match: Looking for Jindrack and Cade here. But I wouldn't mind seeing Book and RVD retain. They have some pretty cool teamwork. And I don't mind seeing gold on them. (I normally don't like teams like that.)

Goldberg/Lesnar w/ special Ed Referee Steve Austin: Lesnar, because I believe him going to the NFL as much as I believe anything coming out of our President's mouth.

HHH/HBK/Benoit: They didn't totally bury Benoit like I thought, but I hope Benoit wins. knowing the parties involved, however, I predict that either HBK or HHH will go over Benoit clean.

Undertaker/Kane: Undertaker, duh.

Eddie Guerrero/Kurt Angle: The Fans. Seriously, the outcome doesn't matter as much as the path to get there. I predict it to be as good as, if not better than, Steaboat/Savage, or HBK/Hart Iron Man Match.

Sable & Torrie/Jackie & Stacy: Horny Males. Do I really need to elaborate?

John Cena/Big Show: John Cena goes over, and the legend of the Doctor of Thuganomics begins proper.

Cruiserweight Open: ???. It should be exciting, if they don't handcuff the guys.

Rock and Sock/Evolution: I want Rock and Sock, but I see Orton going over Rock via RKO. Just remember that the Rock also put over Billy Gunn at one point...

Molly/Victoria: Victoria, followed by a Lita Heel turn to save Molly's locks.

Christian/Jericho: Jericho. End of Story.

Raw 4-Way: Booker does his big heel turn so he can be prepare for his departure. Either Cade & Jindrak (good) or DUDleys (bad).

Smackdown 4-Way: World's Greatest Tag Team. Nothing Self proclaimed about it. May Glaadshaw and Scotty 2 Shitty get injured.

Goldberg-Lesnar
This has become the toughest match on the card to call. On the one hand I think they may want to punish Lesnar and have him JOB, but on the other hand I'm almost certain that whether its a year from now, 6 months or whenever, Lesnar will be back. The fact is, Lesnar is still a WWE creation, and I think the will still give him the edge. The wildcard factor is if the WWE can work out an arrangement with Goldberg between now and Mania. If that happens, then obviously Goldberg will win. I think Goldberg will be back at some point as well, regardless of any deal he comes up with, but I think it will only be for occasional appearances much like The Rock. I think Austin has to Stun Lesnar, but now I'm thinking he shouldn't Stun Goldberg. Maybe they drink some beers after the match, then Austin goes to Stun him, but Goldberg slips away, they have a stare down and that leaves the possibility of a match down the road between the two.

Taker-Kane
Maybe the most obvious result on the card. Taker wins, but the real story will be the pop for his entrance.

Jackie/Stacy-Sable/Torrie
I'm thinking that they will go 2-1 in the interpromotional matches. So, if Goldberg is winning, then I see this one going to the SD girls (which makes more sense since they were the Playboy girls and its a Playboy match). However, if Lesnar is slated to win, then I see this one going to the RAW divas so they can have the Lesnar/Goldberg or Taker/Kane match (whichever goes last out of the three) be the rubber match in the RAW vs SD matches.

Angle-Guerrero
I think this match has had the best build on the card, and I think it will be the MOTN. Right now Eddie is bar none the most over star in the comapny, so I see no reason in taking the title from him. However, this has to be done in a way to get another match out of the fued. My thinking is that it shouldn't end with a Frog Splash. Maybe use some type of small package to make it seem like the guys are so even, and that results in a rematch in May.

Benoit-HHH-HBK
Seems like its Benoit's night, only question is who does he pin/submit? I think the logical thing given the build would be for Benoit to pin HHH. That way HBK can claim that he was never pinned and on top of that he has a win over Benoit on RAW. So that would lead to HBK-Benoit at Backlash. However, the rumour is that its going to be HHH vs Benoit at Backlash, so that kinda tells me HHH isn't going to lay down on Sunday, and Benoit will go over HBK. personally, I think its important for Benoit to beat HHH. They kept mentioning HHH has an "edge" going into the match, maybe we see some interfernce from Evolution, and that brings out Edge. Personally, I wouldn't involve him in Benoit's win, but I could see it to appease Hunter.

Rock n Sock-Evolution
The Foley-Orton issue has been hot, and now the addition of The Rock increases the star power in this match (along with Flair). I think in order for the whole Foley deal to end the right way, at Backlash Foley needs to JOB to Orton in a high profile one on one match. Therefore, I think the finish at Mania has to lead to that match. There are two basic ways they can go: #1 Foley and Orton are not involved in the decision (ie Rock pins Flair) and therefore they have to go to a singles match to settle the issue. However, I dont think that makes sense because I think something has to happen that makes Orton want to fight Foley one on one without interference from the rest of Evolution. Thats why I'm thinking the finish of the match needs to be Foley beating Orton with the Mandible Claw. That way, Orton is pissed, he's been embarassed at the biggest show of all time. He wants Foley, but Foley knows that if he agrees to a one on one without Rock around Evolution will get involved. So, Foley agrees to a match (perhaps HIAC) only if Orton lays down a stip that if anyone gets involved he is suspended or something like that. Anyway, Orton would agree, and then Orton goes over at Backlash.

John Cena-Big Show
Cena has to go over here. Giving the F-U to Show should be a solid Mania visual, and this should start a big push for Cena in terms of actually winning matches.

Christian-Jericho
Ive heard a lot of people say Trish will turn, IMO that makes no sense (Christian clotheslined her) and besides its too early for all that. I think the payoff at Mania will be that Jerihco will tell Trish in front of the MSG crowd that he loves her. My thinking is that Jerihco will win, but the fued will continue. Perhaps they are having a tender moment in the ring, then Gail Kim hits the ring and lays out Trish, then Christian comes in with a chair, and the fued continues.

CW Open
Could be a show stealer depending on time constraints. They have been building it like Rey is going to win, which likely means he wont. Chavo will some how walk out with the title.

Molly-Victoria
The hair stip makes this match really interesting. I'm thinking Molly will get the title back, because I just cant see her getting shaved (at leats not on her head). By doing this, the match can go to another PPV, which it seems like it should.

SD Tag Title Fatal 4 Way
Seems like there is no other choice than WGTT. They might as well have them pin either the Bashams or the APA, that way you have an issue where Scotty and Rikishi can get a rematch.

RAW Tag Title Fatal Way
Jindrak and Cade have been getting a lot of publicity as of late, which leads to me to believe they will get the straps. However, I'm thinking that La Resistance will end up winning. Although I wouldn't count out the Dudleys getting the titles for a hometown pop (especially if this is the first match on the show), and then have them lose them the next night on RAW or at Backlash. Sorry for sitting on the fence for this one. Anyway, I kinda see this all leading to a RVD-Booker fued, just because they dont really need to be a team. Maybe that soemhow leads to RVD going over to SD as has been rumoured.

Alright then, here are my picks
Lesnar v Goldberg: I think Brock will get the win, possibly due to Austin trying to cost Brock, but with Goldberg getting hit instead

Taker v Kane: Has to be Taker, the gimmick and ass kicking are back, and maybe at the end he puts Kane on the cross

Eddie v Angle: Going with Eddie since looking over Angle's history at WM, he has lost all of the title matches hes been in (2000, 2003)

Jackie/Stacy v Sable/Torrie: the tag team of 2 women will win, but who really cares

HHH v Benoit v HBK: I'm going with HBK here since the last time he main evented at WM, he lost, so going with him here since it could be a last run, and Benoit getting the title at Backlash

Rock/Sock v Evolution: Rock and Sock, but I would rather have Evolution win because of Rock being here for 2 weeks and getting a big win.

Big Show v Cena: Cena all the way, his push has faded a little, but he needs a title, and no bigger stage to get his first one

Christian v Jericho: Not sure how to call this one. I dont like the CLB, but I expect him to get a cheap victory to continue the feud.

Cruiser Open: Chavo probably needs a good title run, but going with Mysterio after he lost the CW to Hardy last year.

Victoria v Molly: Molly so she doesnt have to get shaved bald, but another cheap victory to continue the feud

SD Tag: WGTT won in their debut last year, but havent been pushed too much lately, so going with Scotty/Rikishi to retain.

RAW Tag: Same as SD, expecting the champs RVD/Booker to retain.

This is what Im gonna go with:

Lesnar Vs Goldberg: I honestly dont think that this will be a good match at all. The fact that Goldberg is just hype and that Lesnar is just muscle really doesnt make for a good match. Since Austin said that he hasnt forgotten about the spear goldberg gave him it leaves me with the hope that Austin will stun Goldberg.
Winner: Lesnar

Undertaker Vs Kane: Everyone is looking forward to this match. Not because they will meet again but that fact that Undertaker is returning with his dead man gimmick. This match I think is gonna be pretty long and hopefully good. My hopes would have to go with Taker winning cause that is where I see it going. On the other hand McMahon might throw a curve and let Kane win. That would pretty much shock the crowd.
Winner: Undertaker

Guerrero Vs Angle: This match puts two great superstars fighting each other. Guerrero who I would have to say is one of the best wrestlers around will fight Angle who hasnt really let us down in the past. I see Angle walking away with this because I just done like Eddie with the Heavyweight belt. It was very shocking to me when he won and I just dont like him carrying it. Angle would make a much better champ. Then they can move someone else up to fight him.
Winner: Kurt Angle

Jackie/Stacy vs Torrie/Sable: Alright as we all know we wont really be looking forward to seeing wrestling moves actually being pulled off in this match. The only reason this match is here is to something else get pulled off and that is clothes. My pick for this would have to be Jackie/Stacy. They win then they have it set up that playboy liked what they saw and boom. Naked Stacy and Jackie.

HHH Vs. Beniot Vs. HBK: Now this is the match everyone will be waiting for. Everyone has there own reasons why this match will be so great. This men have had such good matches in the past against other wrestlers that this should make a good match or everyone needs there money back. What I would like to see in this is the heel turn of HBK. Maybe him and HHH team up and fight Beniot and when its all over HBK will join forces with HHH. But I would like to see Beniot win. I was a big fan of Beniot since he started and I would like nothing more than to see him walk away with the title.

Rock/Sock Vs Evolution: Alright here we have The Rock returning for probably his only match of the year again. The Rock is a great person to have around in the WWE but what makes me mad is how he only returns for one match and thats it. I see Rock and Sock winning just cause they are expected to win but I think that I would have to go with Evolution. Im a big fan of Foley and Evolution so this was tough but if Evolution wins this we might get to see a Hardcore match or something at the next PPV putting Foley vs Orton.
Winner: Evolution

Big Show Vs Cena: Alright these are definently no strangers to each other. We have seen them wrestle before so we know what to expect. With the past and what could happen in the future in mind I will have to go with Cena. If Cena wins he can aim higher toward the Heavyweight belt. And if Angle wins it then I think that is where Cena will head.
Winner: John Cena

Christian Vs. Jericho: Alright Jericho has given us great matches in the past and I believe that this could be another. This match is only here because of Trish so I think that she will somehow play a vital role in this. Maybe interfere to help the winner win. Perhaps turn on Jericho and go with Christian. Who Knows. Im gonna have to go with Jericho on this one.

Cruiserweight Open: All I expect out of this match is some great high flying spots and some great moves being pulled off. With all the cards stacked against him and him being the underdog, I think that I will go with Chavo on this one.

Victoria Vs Molly Holly: I dont expect them to really make Molly bald. I see her walkind away with the title. But they could pull a Nash and Jarrett and just cut her hair short. But that would just piss the fans off.

Smackdown Tag Team Match: We have great teams in the fight but I think APA will walk away with it. I just done like Scotty or Rikishi and I think that they wont let them hold on to the titles any longer.
Winners: ApA

Raw Tag Team Match: Everyone is expecting the Dudley's to pull of the win or for Booker and RVd to retain. Im gonna have to go with Jindrak and Cade. I was a big fan of Jindrak back in the WCW days and now that he is here I think that he needs to win the tag titles. Compared to the other teams they are still unknown. I think winning the titles will put there names on the top of the list.
