I just remembered a movie I saw a long time ago on TV. This new kid moves to this new town and somehow gets on the bad side of this outcast bully. So he says that they will fight after school in the parking lot. So this new kid is scared so gets all the money and hires the big school football player to take care of the bully but he gets his face punched. So finally he has no choice but to fight him. So they fight for a while and then he takes out some brass knuckles and destroys the other guy.

Yeah I remember seeing it back in the day and was a mark for the big dude from Parker Lewis Can't Lose (and ER)..

At the end of that the kid goes 'Harrrry'
