don't know if many would know this, but Vader won a Triangle match at Fall Brawl '94 that granted him a shot at the Title. Hogan was Champion, but faced Flair at Havoc and then Beefcake at Starrcade.

Vader won the US Title soon after.

Did he ever get his shot or was that just dropped?

According to OWW, this was his next world title match:

February 19, 1995 - Superbrawl V: Hulk Hogan defeated Big Van Vader by DQ to retain the World title..

So either that was the shot, six months later, he got it on TV or they just dropped it.

Wasn't that in the one thread bashing Hogan for the shit he did over the years, and he basically told WCW he didn't want to face Vader and wanted them to hire Beefcake and it was just dropped. Or was that another time?

Oh that was Sting with the Beefcake thing this is all it said for Vader.

1995 - Hogan agrees to work with Vader, but the program soon falls apart when both acuse the other of "not selling for the other".

well this was '94, so I'm assuming it was just dropped or they made the match for Superbrawl. I'll have to watch that event to see if they mention Fall Brawl

Only triangle match I remember from that event was for the US title. Austin, Guardian Angel, and..crap. Either Duggan or Regal. I forget which.

I own a WCW Uncensored '95 VHS and Hogan faces off against Vader (who has Flair in his corner disguised as a woman) in a strap match, but the ending is completely WCW fucked!

Hogan appears to be the winner, but he never defeated Vader in the manner that the rules specified.. instead he won after he beat up Flair (who was not in the match, but only in Vaders corner) and he did all the things that would make him the winner, but he did it to FLair and not Vader.

Then I think it was all dropped after that.

Triangle was Vader/Sting and Angel

Austin lost the US Title to Duggan'

Regal was on the card, but I forget who he faced.

Well shit. I guess I don't remember the first month or so of time I watched WCW as well as I thought. And Ray Traylor having a #1 contender match seems rather out of place, so that couldn't have helped.

I thought they had a match where Hogan no sold a power bomb, beat vader in 4 minutes and buried him.
