I use ePSXe. Dunno if it can play games via CD, I just use isos.

Used to be able to play games from cd with ePSXe. Probably still can.

.isos are mad tried using them for final fantasy 9 a while back couldnt be bothered trying to download and change a million things

Man, epsxe is kinda complicated with having to download plugins and shit.

I got some pete one but my game crashes and it seems kinda lame.
