Lesnar for me. If you ad longevity to his career you have a legend right here.

I dunno I was never really impressed with Brock. He was slightly better than the generic big man but that is all the credit I will give him. Had he not been paired with Heyman early on I don't think he would have had as much success.

Yea, but longevity counts. And I doubt he would've looked so good if he hadn't got that superman push. Plus I hate wrestlers that don't care about wrestling.

Brock vs Kurt matches always were amazing. The phrase "being on the edge of your seat" always took place during their matches.
Their was something about Brock, I would always be excited to see him wrestle, but always wanting him to lose.

Ooo man. This is a tough one. I mean I'm a DIE HARD Jericholic, but this is a hard choice. If you look at what Brock was for his size, his speed, his pure athleticism, he was a no doubt legend in the making. But the fact that he did get a huge push so fast, makes me wonder what he would be like now.
Jericho is one of the greats, and longevity also plays a role in here for me, plus he loves and respects wrestling, unlike Brock.
Vote goes to Jericho.

Brock was a a great wrestler, but I gotta go with Jericho. He's one of my favorite wrestlers of all time (just talking wrestling ability here).
Jericho doesn't have much of a chest in that pic.

This is surprisingly dead even so far...I think too many people are picturing Jericho Now vs. Lesnar Prime rather than Jericho Overall vs. Lesnar Overall.

I'm picturing Lesnar overall vs Lesnar overall and Lesnar destroys Jericho in my book.

WTF? How did I miss the Perfect v Jericho poll???? Although looking at the results my vote would have been worth 0.
Anyway just so I keep in TL's good books I'll have to go for Jericho :shifty:
Maybe because all the threads on this have the same name.

Good point. Could be.
D - what are the chances of making the titles along the lines of "Better Wrestler - Lesnar v Jericho"?
By the way...:y: to these polls.

I like the confusion
Meh, so be it.
Oh and I really voted for Jericho purely for the fact that I always hated Lesnar. No particular reason, not for the way he left, I just...didn't like him.
I know that this should be a subjective view and shouldn't influence how I rate a wrestler's ability as a performer/entertainer, but when it comes to Lesnar it just does.

I liked Lesnar, but gotta give it to Jericho just for the fact that he was around longer and thus gave me more entertainment.

Without Heyman, Brock = Bobby Lashley. Brock was subpar on the mic, while it can be argued that Jericho is one of the best. Jericho also has a better move set.

Didn't mean better, just meant he has more moves and can mix it up on the fly. Brock always seemed to have a format.

Jericho's the better wrestler, but... he's also bored me to tears the last 4 odd years.
I still had to go with Jericho, though. Lesnar is a bit of a dickhead.

gotta disagree with ya. With Lesnar he could really flow on the mat and pull a move out of the air. And while Jericho can too, he never seems to. EVER. At least not in the past five years or so. He's predicable and telegraphs all of his spots and has for a long time. Lesnar pieced his shit together well, as rookie he did it better than most seasoned vets and as he progressed he became something amazing.
If this were based solely on in ring performance I cant think of too many people who could realistically be placed higher than Brock Lesnar. The only real reasons too knock the guy are for his attitude toward the IWC, his quick push to stardom, or his quick departure from the business. Which really have very little to do withj wrestling at all and more or less only pertain to his attitude as an employee. Which is pretty irrelevent from where I'm sitting. His mic skills were as good as necessarily for a guy with his look, his ring presence and charisma were off the charts, his timing was flawless, and his move set at times was incomprehensible. Truly a unique wrestler.

Jericho by far.
Brock was great, but he was there, then he was gone. Plus, he was awful post WWE.

This was a much tougher choice than I'd originally thought.
Brock had his fair share of awesome matches, and was surprisingly versatile for a guy who you'd think would just be your typical 'big guy' wrestler. I mean, anyone that size who can bust out a Shooting Star is impressive in that respect.
On the other hand, Jericho (overall, mind you, not just now) has been in some of the best matches of all time, and could make sub-par workers look decent at worst. He had a great style that was compatible with just about anyone, and even today when he's all rusty, he's still above average, whereas Brock has just fallen apart.
What it really comes down to, then, is on the mic and backstage. Jericho is/was one of the absolute best promos in the business, easily on par with guys like Rock and Foley. Brock....wasn't. Jericho's known for being a consumate professional (barring the time he beat the shit out of Goldberg), whereas Brock's got a reputation for being a whiney prima dona.
Not a particularly easy choice just going with in-ring ability, but as the overall performer, Jericho outclasses Brock.

I voted Brock cause Brock would kill Jericho in a shoot fight.

I don't know. I believe Jericho has taken down Goldberg on two separate occasions. He could probably do it to Brock.

Gotta be Jericho. Brock really didn't start to get good til the end of his run, when he was working consistently with the Angle, Benoit, Eddie types. He was showing real promise as a great wrestler, then he decided he didn't wanna be in the business anymore. Jericho obviously has longevity over Brock, but he also has a ton more charisma and more ability to boot. So, Jericho has my vote.

Jericho. I loved Lesnar, and I think he would have been epic had he stuck around, but Jericho is a great wrestler and great on the stick as well. I'll try and ignore his less than triumphant return....

Well I meant in the pole, not on RAW
If we're talking who I'd want to go out and have the best match possible, it'd be Jericho, no doubt. If it's who I'm putting my world title on/building my company around, it's Brock.
Can't believe Jericho bt. Hennig in the last round of this btw
