So my computer keeps fucking up

It will start up, then tell me that the computer did not shut down properly. So it tells me to either start it in normal mode or safe mode. But no matter what I choose it will just restart and do the same shit again.

I need some help guys :(

If this is the case, Windows has become corrupted (possibly prior to this happening with a Trojan). It is possible that these programs are not being started when you boot-up.

You could try running these programs again and then shut down and re-boot. If that doesn't work, we may need to do something a little more drastic. Let me know.
