...seriously needs to become a more active GM. Like Bischoff was. When Bischoff was around, Raw was "Eric Bischoff's Raw." He crafted and ran the show. Now Regal, to my mind, has more potential as GM than anybody who has GM'ed before him (yes, Heyman too.) But he's not coming anywhere near realizing it, because a) he still comes across as Vince's underling, and b) he only seems to show up when a resolution is called for. They need to get him into a position where Raw is entirely HIS show, made in HIS image.

That is all.

Additionally, he has the best haircut of any wrestling authority figure, ever.

Yes, I agree REgal is the best man for an authoritative position. But, with Vince around all the time, he doesn't have the freedom to runs things as he wishes. He's the GM, but Vince is the boss -- and the boss is always fucking there. You get Vince to vanish for a few years, as he did for Bischoff, and Regal will blow us away.

Also, I love it when he lets his hair grow out.

Only a REAL man's man could wear that outfit and look not gay. :y:

As much as I love Vince on TV, I would just as much love to have him off for a while and let Regal run the show. After Mania when this whole Hornswoggle bastard son business will be done with (hopefully), this might just happen.

He needs to be given more TV time for the "UMANGA" thing alone.

Thing is, people may not see it, but he has all thes small pieces of a charactor like the above that actually make him a decent player to the show. I like watching him. Fucking love it. And he can wrestle. He could so be used in some fookin good TV. It'd be uber if they kept him in a position like this for a long time. Not just parade the job around to any fucker.

Pity he has to "posh up" his accent tho, but bah, it's Regal, it makes it HIM I guess.

William Regal is seven shades of awesome on his crappiest day. He is becoming more and more the figure associated with authority on RAW. I loved the way he handled Matt Hardy this week. He's a brilliant promo, and one of the better characters the WWE has.

I kind of miss Regal not being in the ring, though. It's selfish of me, I guess, but I wish he would occasionally step in there to beat the crap out of a guy for embarrassing the RAW brand. An example could be against Umaga, as punishment for losing against Batista. Fuck, that would be an awesome match.

If they decide to remove William Regal from the RAW GM position, he has to lose his post when he uses it to make a lop-sided WWE Championship match for himself (Dutchess of Queensbury rules?) which leads to him winning his first WWE Title.

When Eric Bischoff was around, his image would come up rather than the WWE logo at the beginning of every RAW broadcast. Regal's should do the same.

LOL, I forgot about Dutchess of Queensbury. What exactly were the rules, again?

This one is just nearer his normal accent. You can really hear he's a northern monkey. lol. But then I can here some of his Midlands stuff. He's one of our own:

The "Dutchess of Queensbury" match was a lady preteneding to be someone of some important in England.
Basically she just changes the rules to prevent Jericho from winning the match.

Yeah, I never really found that match too exciting, to be honest, but I have generally grown to like the "heel making it up on the spot when he has the power to" concept.

BTW I will rep the shit out of anyone who posts video of Jericho besmirching Regal's tea.

I think William Regal's hair alone deserves to be WWE Champion.

NOID you old slag! I have to agree with you on this!

Nice to see you've taken that name btw. I still have it on my rep "Noid, I like it". So can I take some percentage of the rights to this name or are we going to court baby?
