The reason they get boob jobs because sometimes women feel their body is not good looking enough with natural breasts.

It's the decision made by the women, not by the WWE.

They just want to make their wrestling character look good. Natural breasts looks awful on wrestling women, look at Joanie Laurer before she had her boob job. Joanie looked terrible with natural breasts with her having a muscular body, so she had a good reason to get breast implants. This is the reason why most wrestling women and muscular women get breast implants.

Stacy Keibler doesn't get breast implants because she looks fine without them. But with women like Trish, Lita, Molly, Victoria, Dawn Marie, Steph, etc. all having breast implants, they would look terrible if they had natural breasts.
