We got direct TV early this year and I caught AAA on 404. The entire show is in Spanish, with the exception of one interview by X-Pac.
I've never seen such a blend of talented wrestlers with wrestlers who cannot wrestle at all. Some of the matches look so slow and lazy, while others are fast paced and extremely entertaining.
If you watch it, what do you think of it?

Never heard of it to be honest.
I'd look out for it, but X-Pac is kinda putting me off already.

LoL, yeah I haven't seen him on there for a while.
Some familiar faces...
Psychosis, Juventud Guerrera, La Parka, Judas Mesias, Konnan, Sabu, Teddy Hart, etc...
There are ups and downs. When you see a good match, it's a REALLY good match. Almost every match is a 4 on 4 tag team match, and sometimes it's hard to tell whether the wrestlers are male or female.
Check out some AAA videos on YouTube for a quick fix.

I download the occasional AAA match but I don't have a way to pick it up other than threw the Internet.

I used to watch it religiously as a kid. I had no idea who was who and didn't understand a lick but I loved how flawless their synchronized plancha spots were. They're also gimmick crazy there, as the wrestlers with gimmicks far out number those without. Although I can no longer watch it as often, I still enjoy it for what it is. And it's a nice alternative to WWE's product.

I like it every once in a while, again it's mostly group matches and that gets tiresome quick. CMLL has Mistico, so it's also on the radar.

I wouldn't mind the group matches so much if the entrances didn't take so long. They usually announce them one at a time.
For those of you who are not sold yet, I forgot to tell you that Kenzo Suzuki is also on the roster.

One of my faves is Chessman personally. There's alot of trading done between TNA and AAA. It's probibly the biggest wrestling federation in Mexico and it's where alot of big names get there start.

All I know is not only do tables get put on fire there...but people love to put them out with their own bodies.

WCW killed Mexican wrestling with that Mexican Hardcore match which Schiavone and Heenan laughed through.

Was Pac the interviewee or the interviewer?

Yeah, Mexicans don't wrestle anymore because of that.

I watched it for Dr. Wagner Jr., and Ultimo Dragon.
And to a much lesser extent, Mystico.

He was being interviewed as part of a four man team. I believe Konan was part of the team, but he can speak Mexican. It was strange hearing X-Pac talking smack in English with Spanish subtitles.

This is an older video, but believe it or not he actually comes out to the DX Theme. A guy from work told me he still uses this theme in AAA.

I'm watch AAA right now and Scott Steiner is apparently wrestling today.
The thing that stood out the most since I've been watching is the Psycho-Clown faction stealing a kid from the audience and placing him in a bag before their matches.

X-Pac AND Scott Steiner?
Kenny, you're really not doing a good job of convincing me to watch AAA

I think the promos are saying that it's going to be AAA vs international superstars. In other words, a couple of Mexicans vs Kenzo Suzuki, Scott Steiner, Sabu, and somebody else.
I just saw the AAA version of Money in the Bank though, and man did it steal the show. Teddy Hart did some awesome stuff, and there were some really innovative bumps. At one point one Mexican 1 was climbing the ladder, so Mexican 2 balanced a latter horizontally on the ropes and one of the rungs of the ladder. Then, Mexican 2 climbed up the other side of the ladder and hit a sunset flip power bomb on the ladder he laid out. It was sick. The whole thing crunched up and you'd think that Mexican 1 got his neck broken. It was insane.
Another spot saw Mexican 7 set up 4 chairs (2 rows facing each other) and then put two unfolded chairs across. Mexican 7 then picked up Mexican 4 and gave a Cradle Shock from the ring appron to the outside of the ring on the stack of chairs.
I also saw Super Porky, which was pretty entertaining. I saw another poster mention him.
