Meh, I think I'm gonna skip that game. I don't really feel like pissing on the graves of 2 million people right now.

LOL shut up. The game does nothing of soiling what they fought for.

Oh yeah, because God knows if there's any way of commemorating the horrors of watching your friends die in horrible ways at the hands of civilians they were trying to help, the rampant drug addictions among the soldiers, the violent backlash of the American people against their own soldiers, and the haunting flashbacks and countless other psychological disorders resulting from the war that have driven several veterans insane or suicidal, it's by turning the combat into a game of capture-the-flag.

Lemme know when Battlefield: Auschwitz comes out. I hear they have jetpacks in it.

It's a game hotshot. Just because it has a theme of a specific war doesn't mean they are disgracing it. It's not like they went to Vietnam graves and took names of actual people and put them in the game to piss on their lives.

You tried to drag on your sentance to make yourself sound intelligent and it didn't fool me. If anyone from Vietnam has a problem with it, then they can easily not play it. Get over it. It's a videogame. They make movies like this all the time, correct? Yet, you don't go to the movies forum and bitch about it.

I feel that Platoon is a horrible movie, as it mocks those that died during the war...

And if you want to argue like that NM, I assume you are completely opposed to any game that involves war?

It's been quite a while since this has come out so if anyone has got it and wants to play a game, post here or something.

Also, I guess on a related note, the 1.01 patch is suppose to come out soon.

I've gotten back into Medal of Honor: AA lately. But am wondering what other games "like it" are worth getting? BF? Call of Duty?

BF has a lot more depth then Call of Duty but both of them are great games. I prefer BF more though.

CoD has a single player story mode so if you're not going to be playing online much then you might just want that but I still think the Insant Action matches in Battlefield are just as great.

SHELL SHOCK MO FO's. This game is getting no respect. So far seeing from the trailers, screenshots and previews, it looks like the most realistic depiction of Vietnam.
