View Full Version : Bobby Heenan's health
When I saw Heenan at WM he looked pretty sick. He lost a lot of weight, his skin was pale, and his voice was really scratchy.
Now I knew Heenan was doing well, but is he on the five year plan now?
Apparently he has cancer.

The reason his voice is scratchy is because he had throat cancer.
The reason he lost weight and looks pale is probaly because he had Chemo(sp?) therapy.

Yeah Greg Valentine was at a Mid-Atlantic Legeds show here in Lenoir, NC on March 6. The funny thing was he had nobody in his autograph line, there were all in line for the guys next to him; Rock N' Roll Express, Ole Anderson, and Magnum TA.

I cried when Heenan said there is only one thing missing. I wish Monsoon was here. When they showed the Hall of Fame ceremony :(

Amen to that.
Heenan has recently come through successful therapy for throat cancer, which is now in remission. The therapy caused him to lost a lot of weight, and his voice is far from 100%. Other than that from what I know he's doing great.
Doubt his voice will ever be the same, so play them tapes while you can.
It's almost heartbreaking to see something like that. But at least he's got a second shot at things.
He should still come into Raw or SmackDown! and show those fu</>cks a thing or three.
