There was an incident in WCW where William Regal (Then Steven Regal I assume) goes all out on a wrestler. And he either gets fired for it, or he had been fired and so did it on his way out.

Most people here will know what I mean but I was never an avid WCW fan. Can you please tell me...
1) who the other wrestler involved was
2) what event it happened at. PPV, Nitro etc?
3) can anyone remember the rough date as I really want to try and see the match on Youtube or similar.

:) Cheers.

Edit

** If anyone can supply me the above information or a direct link to the video either as a download or stream I will gladly give you a PWTorrents Invite should you require one**

I don't know ALL the details, but I know it was Goldberg and I think it was on WCW Saturday Night.

Here's the match:

It was Nitro.

Goldberg learns there's one thing you cannot no-sell: A Regal Headbutt.

I am a regal fan, love his style as its something different but I still hold that what he did on that night was an extremly unproffesional thing to do.

Oh yeah, POOR Goldberg.

Also, I really did not see anything wrong with that match. What did Regal, exactly?

TO be fair I dont think it was the issue it was made to be but you can see Regal takes liberties with him at points, he is very stiff etc etc.

And while were at it yeah, it is poor Goldberg, he was a rookie and Regal and veteran went out to make him look like a sap. Thats not on. Its not Goldbegs choice to be pushed and Regal disagreeing with it is no reason to try make him look like a tool.

I don't think either man looked like a sap. Goldberg is a fucking monster. If he can't take a few stiff kicks and Eurocuts, then he is in the wrong game. It was a little stiff I guess, but he didn't kick him in the face or anything.

Actually Regal SWEARS he was told to work this kinda match by an agent and Bill Goldberg thanked him for the match when they got back to the locker room. Bischoff saw him and went crazy and when Regal looked to the agent, he didn't admit anything.

Yeah well tbh Goldberg doesnt look that stunned by it.

1. Goldberg's streak was not hurt by a stiff match with Regal... which he won, by the way.
2. Goldberg did not look any weaker for having Regal be stiff with him.
3. If Regal was told to do what he did, and Goldberg did not have a problem with it, I don't see anything wrong here.

You also have to remember, it's not like Goldberg was actually working with him in the match.
