I get that he was pissed off at the WWE and talked bad about the company, he was getting alot of fan support. When he brought out "Razor Ramon" he was tryin to embarrass the WWE for making a "character" not really turning on the fans per say. Even when "Razor" and "Deasel" joined up with Shawn Michels and he brang in Dr. Death he never really "turned" on the fans from what I remember. I could be wrong but was he really a heel per say?

Nah, that was in 1999.

That promo is the single reason why Jim Ross should be the mouth piece for someone else. That man can cut a hell of a promo.

Yeah, I wasn't paying much attention.

And "brang" is a word. Sort of. The proper English term is "brought." However, "brang" is used in some dialects. It's no worse than "Gonna" or "coulda."

He turned twice, neither lasted very long. The 1996 turn in the video stretched out for a few months as he was a heel on commentary too, until he subtly resumed his normal inclinations, with the exception of still supporting Fake Razor and Fake Diesel, who were heels. By spring 1997, when the imposters were sent on their way, JR was fully back to normal. Well... except for his face.

The 1998 turn was more fun, but again only lasted a few weeks until he was reinstated as chief play-by-play at WrestleMania back in his "Good Ol' JR" persona.

Hilarious. Good to know that Fake Razor originated in from an idea as bad as it was.

I remember watching that on it's original broadcast, remember him ranting about wearing a toga, lol. It was one of those, ok, time to switch to being a WCW fan moments.
