View Full Version : Did Orton do that on purpose?

Last night he called Foley's son "Huey", but his name is Dewey. If Orton did it on purpose I can understand that, but if not he made himself look a dumbass on national TV. Then again he does that every week.

If you're gonna drop someone's name like that, I think it would matter.

Dewey is Mick's 10-year-old or whatever. If you were paying attention, he had a new kid.

Don't know his name though.
He has a 1 year old and funny enough, his name is Huey

Maybe Orton was calling out his 1 year old, because Orton is a tough guy

Thanks for clearing that up. I still thinks Orton's a dumbass, though.
Or better yet, he's "a non-dues paying horseman wannabe..."

1 - He paid his dues (well as much as you can these days)
2 - Should be really be held in the same regard as Paul Roma and Steve McMichael?

Lord knows he didn't pay his dues by winning a reality show. Give it up with the "not paying dues" stuff. Just because he's third generation doesn't mean anything. Sure, his pop got him into wrestling school, but anyone with a good physique can do that. I think they just had an enrollment into OVW recently. It was open to the public.
As for "horseman wannabe" ...does that make DX a bunch of horseman wannabes? What about Right to Censor? Of course not, because R2C had too many guys and DX didn't have Rick Flair. There's no relation between Evolution and the 4 horsemen except that they both have Rick Flair and have four guys. Any stable could be a bunch of 4 horsemen wannabes. If La Resistance is ambitious enough, they too can add another member and become a bunch of Horsemen wannabes...now that I think about it, nWo was at one time a bunch of horsemen wannabes too.
The defense rests.

Don't hold me in contempt I was just quoting what Foley called him one night on RAW.

Randy Orton is the Golden Boy of the WWE. He's attractive and gifted. That is the part he plays in the WWE. However it is somewhat of a reflection of what he is in real life. Personally I think Orton is doing a fantastic job, and of all the rumors back stage that I've heard of is that he is very respectful and is willing to pay dues. However the WWE sees such potential in this kid that they are building him up. And by the way the paying dues thing only works with ex WCW of ECW members. I can't remember the last time and OVW guy had to pay dues for a long time.

Having a stable does not make you a Horsemen wannabe. However, Evolution is a blatant take-off of the old Horsemen formula. The rich elitist snob champion, and his hired thugs for backup. The limos, the backstage parties, the expensive suits, etc. All of that was vintage Horsemen material, and now Evolution is copying off of it.
It's like if they started another stable that wore punk-rock style clothes and did crotch chops all the time. Or another group of all black supremacists. Sure, they might not be announced as D-X or the Nation, but everyone would know where they got the formula from.

Randy Orton rules and anyone who thinks he doesn't rule, does not rule. Furthermore, Randy Orton kicks ass.
I speak on behalf of Loose Cannon.
Even if Orton did make a mistake and said the wrong name, I really don't think it matters because I doubt even 1/1000 of the wrestling fan population even know's Mick's sons name, and if they did I doubt they would of even noticed.

Mick's a funny guy. He probably did it as a joke. Someday maybe his sons will be authors too and then they can write a book about him too...
Most people wouldn't know Mick's son's name, so he wouldn't exactly be making a fool of himself.

I haven't seen his wife in recent times, but when he was in his prime wrestling days she was absolutely gorgeous. I always wondered how a guy like Mick could get a girl like that. Then I opened my wallet to find a huge void where some female attractant should be.

That is really, really close-minded.
Have you ever thought that maybe the fact that he is a legitimately nice guy, who I have never heard anything but kindness and admiration about. Perhaps the fact that Colette enjoys his company, and perhaps finds him attractive anyway? If Mick was a sweaty, beer-swilling, southern hick who didn't give a fu</>ck about anyone but himself, and sat in his chair all day watching TV, and then he got a girl like that, then I could see your point of view, but its apparent that you don't seem to know a) A lot about Mick Foley the person and b) A lot about the relationships people have with another.
Also Mick's good in bed :shifty:

Dude, I'm just as ugly as Mick, and I'm not afraid to admit that. I know for a fact that Colette didn't go for me when I asked her out, and she didn't care for me digging through her trash all of those years. She didn't see the sweetheart inside. She just issued a restraining order and went after the guy without an ear. That's when I cut off my own ear and nailed it to her door...

How else can Randy Orton pay his dues in this day and age then? I'd LOVE to know.

I love how a bunch of guys who don't wrestle and type on their computer are explaining that someone who puts his body on the line every night has to pay his dues. Shutup you stupid bastards.
