Hogan. He bought the beer.
Benoit's concussion issues and quite likely drug issues stretched back well before WWE.
Hulk might as well have put a gun in his son's hand. WWE may be run by scumbags, but they weren't as directly responsible.

What would the WWE be sued for?

For being a wrestling company.

I could see them being sued for calling themselves "Entertainment."

I never understood why WWE could be sued for a murder/suicide. But, if Hogan did, indeed, give algohol to those kids, then they can crush him in court.

Benoit most likely killed his family either because of steroids, which are pushed on members of the business, or injuries sustained from years of wrestling, which fall under negligence.
Neither case is really strong, but it's not hard to see why they could be considered the target of a lawsuit.

Thought I'd finally be "that guy" that voted differently just for the fuck of it.

Injuries sustained would be bullshit, though, because it's a physical field. You're gonna get hurt. Couple that with the insurance and whatnot, and trying to sue over "negligence" comes out fairly retarded. I guess my point would be that if Benoit hadn't killed himself and gone to prison or asylum, it'd be dealt with and the liklihood of hearing about a lawsuit with WWE would be nearly zero. When I hear about ppl wanting to sue the company, it's like they can't punish the murderer, so let's project the blame elsewhere to help the people who knew the victims feel a little better.

Demons take over your soul.
Wolverines have no souls, because they;re animals.

Hogan, hands down.
The Benoit "arguments" have no merit, since he killed himself. If Chris would have gone to work then he'd could have gotten away with murder, we don't know. If anything WWE was trying to help Chris out by letting him work.
That, and I would have loved to see Nitro vs Benoit.

With benoit, it took years of steroids and hits to the head to deteriorate his brain to that of a 85 year old which alot of this came from his wcw and ecw years as well not just wwe.
The hogan situation is very much Hulk's fault because as Kane Knight said it was hulk that bought the beer and it was his car as well for fuks sake.

yeah maybe Graziano should have worn a seat belt, thought twice before getting into the car with someone that had been drinking, decide not to go street racing. why would you sue hulk? the guy was an adult

There are two sides to every coin**. Nick is still a minor, his dad bought him the beer, Nick has a history of speeding.... Yea, mistakes were made on all sides . John Graziano was 23 when this went down, and being the "adult" he should have known better. However if some lady can sue over hot coffee at McDonalds* then the Graziano should win in court. If Nick Hogan was the one who became braindead from the accident I'm sure Hogan would want to sue.
*Don't tell me it was a problem on the corprate level because all of the coffee makers at all McDonalds are the same so she couldn't sue that one, she had to sue the entire chain, I know all of this, but that doesn't discredit the fact that not only is this a run on sentance but the coffee has always said "HOT" on the side of the fucking up!
**I'm pretty sure one of your sides is stupid, while the other one likes to talk without knowing the facts.

Why not? I'm not being difficult, either; I just think it pretty well explains the situation.
