Haven't watched since the Rumble and only read about Punks win at Mania. Heard nothing else about it. Does he still have it. If not, what happened?

He still has it. Based off SD this week it seems as though he could be zeroing in on Edge soon. But you never know. Right now he is in the middle of a losing streak, somewhat. Rumor is hes got H3@T, but its probably all bull anyway. That should bring you up to speed pretty much on Punk.

Rumour is also always that Punk's going to be zooming in on (insert champion here) soon, to boot.

It'd make more sense to hold off until the move from being Smackdown's B show to Raw's, since the idea is to better establish ECW in the first place. Wasting MitB on the B-Show and then moving to the A-Show seems kinda retarded, whether Punk wins or loses (But especially if he wins...).

then again, the day WWE makes sensible choices, I start checking the weather reports from Hell.

What if he gets drafted to SD anyway, tho? I mean, I guess he can challenge for any title, so it doesn't entirely matter where he's drafted, if at all. But, if they just put him on SD permenant, would you still have him go against Edge? I know you're not big on either guy. Just curious.

The guy's supposed to be an ECW franchise, though. If he's on the same show (Raw/ECW, coming up soon), it won't matter, but putting him on Smackdown seems exceedingly stupid.

Medical complications after some kind of accident. I think it was a car crash, but I don't remember. Died in 2006, actually.
