I think the surprise comes from the fact that Shawn Michaels is actually booked on a house show.

That's if Snitsky makes it. I heard a rumour he might be out of action for a while.

He went to the dentist a couple of days ago with itchy teeth. The dentist said the teeth are fine, but his gums have got to come out.

You know guys, we might still be able to make this thread work.

Is Michaels working house shows to try and help boost ticket sales? Or has he just really always wanted to put on some five star mat classics with Snitsky that just wouldn't make sense on television right now?

....OK, only one of those options are viable, but does anybody know when the last time Shawn Michaels worked a house show was?

I went to a RAW house show not to long ago, it was fucked up. None of their main eventers but Orton were on the card. Pretty gay.

Every Raw house show I've ever been to, Michaels has been there.

The last time I went to a Raw house show it was called the WWF and Shawn Michaels was feuding with Razor Ramon.

Maybe they're preparing for the big HBK/Snitsky WWE Title feud that they have planned later this fall.

Or maybe it's just a house show match.

The last house show I went to the main event was Goldberg and Michaels vs Orton and Flair. It was the day before Flair was supposed to wrestle Maven but didn't. Reason was, during the house show, Flair slipped and fell off the ring apron for no reason and twinged his ankle. Pretty funny seeing Flair just fall...
