Look what happened to the last guy drafted to ECW.

Think he'll try to strangle that life size cut out of Lita he has in his bathroom?

McLegend

He probably does that every night.

Matt's going to kill Jeff and his lampshade instead.

Prepare for the news tomorrow morning.

Matt has a dog named Lucas that he calls his son.

Looks like Lucas will get a Twist of Fate.

Jeff will get an email saying that the dog is in the backyard.

Jeff thinks it's Lucas, but when he gets there he sees Lita on all fours.

And he'll see Matt from behind with Lita screaming "Oh yea! Slap that tornado! Slap that tornado!"
Matt will have a confused look on his face, but he already got herpes from Lita so it's no big deal.

Pretty sure Matt will still be on smackdown since the brands aren't exactly seperate.

I was thinking about this as well, but I wonder if its JR's family who should be concerned. The look on JR's face would be enough for me to take a vacation from the house if I were living with him.

I'd put money on it that they didn't tell JR about the move, he looked like he found out for the first time right there.

Nevermind ECW, they need to put some people on Smackdown for when the merger happens. This is their current active male roster:

Big Show
Chuck Palumbo
Curt Hawkins/Zack Ryder
Deuce
Domino
Edge
Finlay
Funaki
Jamie Noble
Jeff Hardy
Jesse/Festus
Mr. Kennedy
MVP
Shannon Moore
The Great Khali
Umanga
Vladimir Kozlov

Only slightly larger than the ECW roster...could Smackdown even put on a 2/3 hour house show that people would care about with that roster? :o Especially considering, you rarely see every big name on the roster appear at a house show...usually someone has a day off.

They'd probably have to throw a couple women's matches on there.

And don't froget Taker will be coming back soon so that will give Smackdown another top guy.

Remember, quality over quantity. Smackdown has a lot of top level talent now so they don't really need an influx of additional talent.

Too bad they're moving to a network that will cut out a nice sized chunk of the audience.

Well I think anyone who has the former UPN channel has MyNetworkTV, because from what I understood MyNetworkTV took over all of the local channels that aired UPN before the merger with WB.

Except where they didn't get one or the other.

There is quite a gap between those who get CW and those who get MyNetwork.

Actually, MNTV has more markets than CW. Nobody's watching MNTV, which will probably hurt WWE in the move. I think their highest rated show in the history of the network jobs to TNA.

And also, MNTV has more than just the leftovers from the UPN/WB merger. They existed before that, and had been buying up local stations. They've got something like 90% market saturation. They just don't have any programming worth a fuck, and nobody watches them. And neither of those will change. :shifty:

Seriously, MNTV will probably benefit from the Smackdown acquisition, because they have little going for them except a parent company with deep pockets. Will Smackdown benefit? It's probably going to take a hit. Moving a show to another network tends to hurt, even if everyone has the same channels. By exension, the low ratings and viewership of MNTV will likely not mean any additional fans for the show, so at least short term, a hit is most likely. But it's not because of the size of the network. Just the fact that reruns of my sex tape infomercial outdraw their programming.

And since I don't have a Hardy joke to go out on, I'll just point out that Darth Tedious is turned on by really scary things, and no race wants to claim Lita.

Oh, I had read about 8 months ago that MNTV had about a 10% difference in audience from CW.
