With the other two "Heavyweight" belts on smackdown. The ECW title can be considered the top title in WWE at least till Sunday When either Batista beats Edge or Cena beats HHH!

Except that Kane will lose to Show, keeping the ECW title on ECW/SD for the Show/Henry feud, Trips will lose to Cena, keeping their title on Raw, and Edge will beat Batista, keeping his title on SD.
This episode of Raw is basically the biggest self-spoiler WWE has ever produced.

Because if you ask everyone on here what they consider WWE's A show it will always be Raw

And no matter what anyone says, the IC belt > the ECW belt.
Therefore the Intercontinental title is the top WWE title.
Therefore Chris Jericho is the top champion in WWE.
BOW DOWN.

Um I thought ECW was switching from SD tapings to RAW tapings, which would mean Big Show wouldn't be working ECW any more. Correct me if I'm wrong here because this shit is confusing.

It doesn't matter what the show is, the roster is what makes the show. And Triple H is a much bigger name . . .
Actually screw it. This is retarded.

Jim Ross never commentates for a B-show, therefore SmackDown! is now the flagship. :P
Seriously, though, I'm fascinated by this title situation. It makes no sense for Kane to drop the ECW Title to a SmackDown! Superstar. I'm sorry, but that is just more muddying for the championship. So Big Show can appear on ECW with the belt? Kane probably could have something worked out for him, too. In fact, with the RAW/ECW deal coming up, something like this is probably a trigger.
John Cena winning the WWE Championship for RAW is a good possibility, although it would make me sick to my stomach. I hope Trips gets a little selfish, and decides he isn't going to go over to SmackDown! and drop his belt six days later, and gets Edge to drop the World Heavyweight Title to Batista.

Oh really? $100 right now this doesn't happen. And if you don't man up now, I don't wanna hear another fucking peep out of you.
Didn't Raw have both titles a couple of years ago?
Yeah so I wouldn't necessarily say that John Cena wins for sure on Sunday.
I really hope not. :(
They should come up with a creative way to bring the WWE title back to Raw.

Batista might win vs. Edge and make the WWE Championship SmackDown!'s top title.

I'm not going to take a bet from Rob, but I'm seriously thinking it will be the World Heavyweight Title that comes over. Batista could win it; CM Punk could win it via MITB, but I can see it happening.
Triple H seems like he will get the first laugh in on Edge, as you can be sure that their paths will cross almost immediately due to a World Title rivalry, and the first up on Edge would be costing him his World Heavyweight Title to a RAW, or fuck it, even an ECW Superstar (ECW is very unlikely, but it'd be a pretty interesting move keeping the ECW Title on RAW under a new name as the top belt, while the WHT is on ECW, and the WWE Title is on SmackDown!). Edge can take the first nudge in this feud, because he is very much established as a heel presence on SmackDown!. Also, Triple H's presence is a rebuttal to Edge's power trip (it was Edge that caused SmackDown! to win the two picks that brought Triple H and the WWE Title over).
Sometimes the heel is the dominant one early on in a feud, but I think Triple H will spend the first few weeks owning Edge, before momentum swings back due to a furious Vickie, then we get the two on more equal ground.

I'm pretty sure the idea is that Rob disagrees the draft is as revealing as you think it is, and he wants you to be willing to put $100 on it if you think it's going to happen like you seem sure it will.

At some point all the shows need a main title, but I dont think its definate the PPV on Sunday will resolve that. They could do an angle where one show has both titles for a month or so. That PPV in July needs something to sell it, so the idea of having one show trying to get back their title isnt the worst idea.
Seems to me to be logical to have the title back on Cena, so he can carry RAW. But I could also see Batista win the title, come over to RAW, and then depending when Orton is back, have them fued, and then the winner gets Cena down the road.

Obviously he isn't as smart as he thinks he is.
And this is EXACTLY what I'm saying. I'd bet anything if I was as confident as you are about what you said. $100 should be no problem.

One thing I don't get:
Why are the WWE so low on Matt Hardy? Is it just me, or does anyone else feel that the guy is one of the most over faces in the WWE? (despite the fact that he's never really had THAT one major main-event push).
I don't get why he's being sent to ECW.
Even thought the Matt Hardy-Edge fiasco occurred years ago, I still think Matt going over Edge at Wrestlemania would've been huge (or would be huge).
Perhaps in the future, we'll see Jeff vs. Matt vs. Edge (and perhaps a returning Christian Cage) in a TLC match for the World title (last match of the card).

Actually, I'm only as smart as I think I am, and I'm always smarter than you think I am.
On topic, regardless of the formula, my overall point was this situation brings no dread over the tier of titles, nor the fretting over which show has them. I do feel fairly confident that after the ppv, Raw and SD will each have a shiny belt of their own and the only toss-up will be ECW's. Kane might keep it to keep the belt near ECW, but then what's the point of all the Henry/Big Show stuff? I'm fairly certain this, too, will resolve itself in swift fashion, but I have no need to wager money with a guy who's made it clear that he only speaks in my direction to antagonize me.
Besides, anything can happen in the WWE.

I totally agree. Both the Hardys are freakin' over with fans no matter where they go. I have said this before but it would awesome if sometime in the future they both held the top belts (WWE and WHC) at the same time, maybe winning at Mania.

Matt Hardy going to ECW is not so much a demotion as I think the WWE just doing something without thinking of the consequences. Actually, I'm sure they have a plan for Matt Hardy. When the ECW/RAW thing happens, I bet Matt Hardy is featured pretty prominently on RAW.

At times, Noid, your optimism melds into foolishness.
Matt Hardy got fucked in the draft. He's been Chris Benoit-ed, or Shelton Benjamin-ed, or even Tommy Dreamer-ed. It's not like his name is going to disappear off the map or anything, he'll still wrestle on the show, but he's not being elevated in his career.
I think he'll be happy being the top guy in ECW.

You can't "pussy out" of a bet you don't make, jackass.
Once again, on topic, I think ECW is a high potential move for Matt. It's definitely a place where he's a big name and, as the first US Title holder on the brand, can make quite an impact.
Not to say it's the ideal situation, but I tend to see how things work out before dumping all over them.

If you are in the ECW title picture its not a bad place to be.
The way the PPVs seem to go, RAW gets 4-5 spots, SD 2-3 and ECW gets 1. So at least he's guaranteed that one spot (again if he's in the title picture).
On SD I dont think he cracks the top three programs month to month and on RAW, he would rarely get a spot based on the depth of that roster. Plus he'll be touring with the RAW crew, which is the money crew, so he's paydays might be slightly higher.

That's actually an excellent point!
I completely forgot about the fact that ECW gets a designated '1' spot on PPV's.

Yes, but we now have an ECW title plus the US title on ECW. That would suggest two ppv matches, in relation to as often as the US title is defended in SD ppv history.

I have a feeling Matt Hardy will be losing the US Title to Shelton Benjamin very soon. The Gold Standard needs some gold, and Matt Hardy is the closest thing to a main event face ECW has. Mark Henry will be taking the ECW Title back to the brand, and then Hardy is winning it, I think.
I'm actually looking forward to an ECW main event scene of Matt Hardy, Chavo Guerrero, Finlay, John Morrison, The Miz and Elijah Burke.

As long as Mark Henry doesn't injure any of them, then I agree.
