Just downloaded PSX and Metal Gear Solid.

I've plugged in my Wireless 360 controller via plug and play USB. Detects it all fine.

In the options on the PSX it has Controller Cofig, It doesn't find the 360 controller. What do I do to get it working?

You need the official Microsoft Wireless Adaptor for it to work. If you're not using that then it won't work at all.

Uhhh...What he said.

It's detecting the USB charger. The controller's still wireless.

KK. Not really worth it for one game...
I'll just stick to using my keyboard.

Thanks

Try that?

Even if that doesn't work (IE: You have XP or something) you should hunt down the proper drivers, may fix it.

Installing Vista WIRED controller....

I'd assume they work off the same driver. If not, there should be a driver out there somewhere.

Oh, nevermind.

I had assumed when you used the USB cord it converted it to wired. It just gives the controller power while still using the wireless.
