Alright, I've been a life long wrestling fan, and I'm proud of it, but I'm sure that there were moments in time that we've all missed. Something before our time, during a slump where you didn't watch it, or something from another company. For me, I wish I could have seen this epic James Storm promo when it was current.

So talk about and/or post youtube videos of times that you wish you could have seen when it was current.

When NWA or ECW did anything. Never had the chance to see it.

Mid 80s NWA, considering I was drooling on myself and in diapers, couldn't watch it

WCCW, AWA, Florida, Memphis, and Mid South/UWF in the early/mid 80's

Fuck man, I wish I was born about 15 years earlier and get to witness everything live from the 80s.

Thank god for 24/7 though

Old ECW.

Though I did watch it on TV every now and then, and my Uncle always lent me videos etc, I never really got to watch it properly (every week).

Dec 94 - Nov 98

I had left for Bootcamp in December of 94, day after Christmas. In March of 2005, I was in AIT (no TV still), then it was off to Germany for two years (No cable reception from our Barracks

June 2007 it was back to the states, Fort Drum NY to be exact. STILL NO FUCKING TV...Then when I was finally able to get one, my roomie defaulted on his cable bill so I couldn't get it reinstalled unless his bill was paid up ($600 I just didn't have at the time.) The first RAW I watched after all this was in December of '98.

That's 4 years of RAW I'll never get back :(

Took a break from wrestling from just before Brock Lesnar debuted til last January. Wish I got to see him throw Spike Dudley like a rag doll live. And also missed RVD's WWE title run.

I first got into ECW right when the Dreamer/Raven feud ended and when the Taz/Sabu feud ended.

I really wish I was into ECW during those 2 feuds.

I guess I'd have liked to have seen all the WCW / nWo stuff. I stopped watching wrestling in 1995 and then got back into it mid 98 through a friend who only watched WWF at the time.

I wish I was watching when MVP was making his start, but I didn't have cable at the time.

Beyond that, I've been watching fairly solidly since '90 or so. Haven't missed many huge chunks, though my viewership was a bit spotty in college (I tended to have Monday night classes.

Ditto. Was never really a WCW fan back when I was like 12 so I hardly ever watched Nitro/Thunder. Missed so much great shit

I can watch that James Storm promo 10 times a day and still laugh.

The night I went to this big dinner with my family and missed Goldberg beating Hollywood Hogan for the WCW Title on Nitro.

I was the most uncool 5th grader in the school Tuesday morning.

pretty much what Koos said. I didn't know those companies existed until the 90's. All I knew of was WWF and NWA/WCW.

I would have loved to see WCCW during the Freebirds time.

the one thing that I've been wanting to see, but couldn't cause our satellite cable or whatnot didn't have UPN at the time was the Eddie/Rey feud and the one thing I've wanted to see ever since then after I heard about it was...

That one promo where Eddie did not say a single word. Just had himself, a chair, and a Rey mask and that alone garnering so many boos from the crowd.

Everything in the 80s like various others said, cause I only got to see the odd PPV here and there. Then didn't get to see anything after 1992-1993 until we finally got digital satellite in December 1998, first RAW I saw was the one where Austin hit Undertaker with a shovel and him and Kane put Paul Bearer down a sewer.

So I guess in those 5 years i'd say WWF and even more WCW since the whole nWo thing and such.

I hear good things about the Smackdown Six, but I hardly ever watched Smackdown at the time. I caught an odd show here or there, but I never was completely into it like I was into Raw, even though Smackdown was probably a better show then.

The Heyman booked SD! was my favorite time since ever. Great stuff.

Like most on here, NWA stuff and ECW stuff there and then. We saw some over here, but not all of it and certainly not 'current' we got it around 99 here and there and it was well delayed.

Thankfully I got late 80's WWF, WCW vs WWF Monday Night wars / Attitude Era etc. But yeah, would love to have seen NWA from 80's.

On a side note, I'm happy i always got to see my local wrestling in Wolverhampton. Oh if only English wrestling would become that popular again. I mean, at least it was on TV.
