View Full Version : Random fact I just found out... Does this surprise anyone else?

Every Hell in a Cell match EVER HELD has involved either Triple H or The Undertaker. And only once (The 6 man HIAC at Armageddon 2000) involved both of them.
I was surprised by that because it seems like a match that could end any bitter feud involving any two guys (I know there was some talk of Jericho-HBK possibly ending up in one) and no one would think twice about it being strange that there's a HIAC without HHH or 'Taker.
They should do Hunter/Taker at Mania in a Cell. That way we get the Mania Cell match we should have gotten, instead of the shit Boss Man gave us.
Also, I assume you don't include the Dog Kennel Match?

Except that one in 98 with Kane Vs. Mankind on raw, taker might have interfered in that match but I dunno if that counts :-\

Kennel from Hell. Also the first blood match @ KotR '98 took place in the cell. (If we want to be anal.)

(And who doesn't?)

Nah, it was just a normal First Blood Match, but the Cell was lowered down during the match. It might have even been raised again later, can't remember.

Austin interferred (or is interfered?) to stop the match, and Taker tried to help Kane out but someone (Vince?) raised the cell.
Edit: And in both cases Taker was "involved" in the match (as #1-wwf-fan put it), so #1-wwf-fan is right in what he said.

No. I'm talking strictly Hell in a Cell matches that were promoted as such.
And Taker did interfere in the Mankind/Kane one on Raw so it still stands.
Undertaker has been in every Casket match.

Actually he hasn't. Triple H wrestled Mideon and Viscera in a casket match on Smackdown back in '99. It was some sort of thing where he had to beat every member of the ministry in gimmick matches in the same night or something like that.
He also wrestled Kane in a casket match in '02.
Oddly though, every one of those matches also involved either HHH or Taker. Hmm...
Triple H was the fake Undertaker!

The fact that again, while one of them have been involved in every match yet somehow have not faced each other would lead me to believe that theory...
Triple H was the fake Undertaker!

Random Fact I just found out. Did you know Stephanie McMahon was the only member of the McMahon family to never win the Royal Rumble?

On an unrelated note Kerwin White was the greatest gimmick ever.
