Pretty simple thread: What and Why?

I have always loved the Vegetizer. When done right (The Dicks did it very well) that thing looks fucking BRUTAL! The only con is that it takes a while to do, so it cant come out of nowhere.

Yours?

Probably a toss up between the 3D and the Doomsday Device.

Honorable mention goes to when Owen and Yoko teamed together: Owen put one of the Smoking Gunns in the Sharpshooter and then Yoko came up and legdropped him. I don't know if that was their actual finisher, but I think they won the match/titles that way.

As much of not a fan of LOD as I always was, the Doomsday Device was pretty cool... however my nod goes to the 3D, because it doesn't become useless once the opponent gets too fat.

I couldn't find a video of LOD doing the Doomsday Device, but that move.

The 3D is pretty cool too.

Best I could find of the Doomsday Device...

That's a close second for me btw.

Edit: Shit, it isn't LOD. :\ Steiner though...

I love Total Elimination. It was an awesome move made better by Joey Styles "TOTAL ELIMINATIOOOOOOON!" call.

That move Fox just posted was fucking brutal, but off the top of my head I'll go with the 3D.

The Crossface and Ankle Lock/Walls of Jericho that Benoit did with Angle/Jericho was cool. Probably the Jericho one better coz the opponent was literally bent in half.

3D is great
The Briscoes' Springboard Doomsday Device is a thing of beauty (especially when instead of doing it off the apron, Mark runs and leaps to the top from the inside of the ring and springboards back.

The Kings of Wrestling's finisher is slick... Not sure if it's K.R.S.O.N.E. or K.R.S.T.W.O. though that I'm thinking of.

There was awhile in the WWF where the Dudleys used the Doomsday Device as "2D" or the "Dudley Device" but I don't know if they won any matches with it. Did they do this in ECW or do they do it in TNA?

3-D.

There is no other tag team move that is close to it. This is absolutly THE tag team move imo.

Its a shame The Dudleyz are being wasted in TNA when they could be kicking ass in the WWE.

I hope TNA and the Dudleyz get into a fight and Dudleyz go back to the WWE.

Imagine The Dudleyz coming back and doing a 3D on Team Price Less.

Best Double Team Finishes

5. Anything by the Midnight Express. They had the Double Flapjack, another move, and the Backbreaker/Guillotine Legdrop that someone confused with Demolition's Decapitation Elbow. Great stuff.

4. Death from Above by Team Macktion. First off, Kirby Mack is the biggest piece of shit that was ever shit. That being said, a Combination Mexican Surfboard/Double Belly Stomp from the top? Awesome...

3. Powerplex by Power and Glory. Superplex/Crossbody Block from the Top was great looking. Too bad one half of this team was the shittiest Horseman ever.

2. Total Elimination by the Eliminators. A thing of beauty when done on the right person, probably one of my favorite finishes of all time.

1. Doomsday Device by the Road Warriors. Nothing says "We're beasts" like hoisting a guy up on your shoulders, clotheslining the guy off the top of guys shoulders, and just dumping the guy on the mat. It was always a great visual.

Honorable Mentions:
3-D by the Dudleys
Hart Attack by the Hart Foundation

Damn it Vastard, stop posting and start tackling. :)

I forgot Total Elimination, that was a pretty sweet move. Saturn and Kronus were probably the best team in the world at one point, they could work. Saturn has to be one of the most under rated guys ever. He could have been huge in WCW, but he just kind of fell off after the Raven Feud. The Lazy eye didnt help.

Th 3-D is great because it is about as close a tag move can get to coming out of nowhere. Sometimes Bubba Ray would slide in just in time to catch it. Pretty sweet.

The PowerPlex was awesome. Power and Glory had a pretty good look, great move, and a solid gimmick, had they not been perennial jobbers they could have gotten over (They also got lost behind some major teams. I mean, in an era where the tag Scene had LOD, Demolition and a Team with someone as major as Ted Dibiase in it, its hard to break out)
