I was pretty surprised that they put the Tag belts on Cena and Batista. Pretty entertaining RAW, in my opinion. Looks like they are headed towards a huge buildup of nothing with Kane's angle. Oh surprise.

I liked the finish to the JBL/Jericho v. Punk match. Well done.

Obviously it seemed like an option, but Rhodes and DiBiase have been on such a great roll recently, I figured it would end in a DQ of some kind, a count out or some shit.

I just didn't think WWE would pull the carpet out from under them so quickly. They haven't even had a real feud since winning those belts.

Sounds like a pretty poor Raw. Haven't watched much of it, though, since I had to leave for uni early on.

And Kane being a face suddenly is ridiculous. On the upside, the preview of next week's Raw is all about Kane, so I'm still hopeful this will turn out to be a decent angle.

I don't understand all the hate for Cena/Batista winning the tag titles because I think its a cool angle and that WWE did not do what I thought 99% they would do. I was a little bored watching the main event cuz I was like "I know what will happen" because I was 99% sure that Cena and Batista will turn on each other and the young dudes would retain on a DQ or No Consent. However WWE shocked me when they STILL kept Batista and Cena from destroying each other and had them win the gold, that was awesome.

Now I realize a lot of angry about the matter because Rhodes/Debease are young guys but realize what would happen if they won, it would be ridiculous. Cena and Batista are the two top stars of the whole company, this feud is one of the greatest feuds WWE still has in this generation (its like Rock/Austin in attitude), so if they got beat by two guys who are lets face it, just rooks, you would have ur number one stars look like crap. This is NOT any better, this was better because what happened is that you had ur two top stars beat two rookies, it happens and I think it was right. Now of course they could have had them turn on each other, but Summerslam is NOT tomorrow and it wouldnt make sense for them to really get into a fight until then, it ruins all he build up and anticipation.

This way WWE added more heat to the fire of one of the top things going now and I think this was a good decision despite a lot of hate u guys have for it.

Now what I didnt like on this raw was that Kane seems to be either dropping this angle or turning face which is stupid. Face Kane sucks and this angle ws interesting and I hoped he would put the mask back on but it seems WWE is dropping this, I hope not.

Also, I hated the fact that JBL will be going to summerslam to face Punk, that was a stupid match. The WWE title should REALLY be between Batista and Cena because Punk, JBL and Jericho are NOT REALLY main event stuff right now. They are good wrestlers and former champion but really, they have recently not been main event and they just dont feel like a main event. They feel more like an IC feud. JBL should have no business near the world title anyway, if anything it should be jerico vs punk, JBL is a fat ass who should sit his ass back at the commentary table because thats the only place where we can tolerate him!

No surprise on Regal being made into a jobber and getting a beatdown by noble althought I think Regal is too good to be used like this. Sure he needed to be punished for drugs but I think his suspension and loss of world title shot was enough to do that, no need to have him get beat down by lower carder like Jamie Noble!

So all in all it was a good RAW and I think some need to take a few steps back and realize that Rhodes/Debease will have their chance to shine in the future but right now is the time of Batista/Cena, it is there generation so the WWE puts the spot light on them!
