LOL How long does it take for wrestling fans on this forum to realize that WWE has been spitting in there face for the last 2 years. Your two title matches at Summerslam are HHH vs Khali and Punk vs JBL. Matches that arent even good enough for a TNA ppv. Now Freddie Prinze JR. is writing your wrestling program. How does that feel?

Don't know. Reports online and even on wwe.com mentioned he was on the creative team but nothing specific

We've had Cena shoved down our throats for 3-4 years now, so what's changed?

When TNA starts booking matches that are good enough for a TNA ppv, then comparisons can be made.

Is the air thinner up there on your pedestal?

Also, your post ignores the fact that the two REAL main events of Summerslam are John Cena versus Batista, an actually somewhat intriguing match since it's a tough call on who will win, and of course Hell in the Cell with Undertaker and Edge, which is sure to tear the house down.

So yeah.

That, and Freddie didn't contribute to anything yet, let alone a ppv that was scheduled way before his employment began.

Does it really matter? From what we know he's knowledgable about the current product, it's not like they hired him without any insight into the product. It could turn out to be a good move both for the writing and publicity opportunities that having a 'star' (I use the term lightly) name on the team.

I'm not sure if the stories are true about him commuting intermittently to meetings but if so then it could blow up in their face. Again l,ike my reply to your other post, it's generated column inches and people talking and in Vince's eyes that'll do for him.

I think Prinze will change WWE for the better, but then WWE will find out he only did it because he was in a bet with his blond jock friend and walk away from him at prom.

Reports claim he's actually a fan of the product and sought out the job. If that's the case he's probably gonna be better than the guy from Sponge Bob at the very least.

And lets not forget they had Anthony Anderson (pretty sure he was the guy) for a good while, not like he's the first guy who had no buisness working in wrestling.

Considering Prinze, Jr. is a fan of pro wrestling, this isn't the end of the goddamn world, RP. Please don't treat it as such. Time will tell.
