So a while back, my wal-mart had this bundle of a 2000 point wii card with a rubber classic controller cover, for 20 bucks. So you basically got the the cover for free.

Was walking by the electronics clearance section, and saw 4 of them there for 5 dollars each. I don't know if they thought it was just a cover or what, but its a pretty bad mistake on their part.

Got 8,000 Wii points for the price of 2,000. So check your wal-marts, cause I don't know how the markdowns work. Could be a mistake in the computer system and its like that everywhere.

Yeah it's YMMV, some stores have been marking them down since after Christmas as they were originally meant as holiday "bundles" yet they never sold.

There is still shit loads here at full price because my Wal*Mart sucks about clearance items.

Yea sometimes markdowns are done by mistake...

We had crap at work that was marked down from like $50 to $10....only to be sent a email the next day saying the prices had been changed again to $45

So...You got...A value...And the people are...Clueless? Anyway, that's a pretty good deal, but it's not exactly like they're clueless. They can't sell those bundles, so they mark them down because the shelf space is more important than the cards in the end. They sell off a finite number at a discount price which is appealing, and they get rid of them. Back to the full price deal or nothing. Just like every other product they sell.

I wish they'd mark down more sleeper hits than the usual crap. Decent DS games tend to be marked down more frequently than other consoles I notice.

I remember once, at our local dollarstore back home, they had Two Pack of Infinity Crisis Heroclix for 99 cents, I was like fucking eh, and bought 25 packs, hell they regularly go for like 4.99 a pack, I am awaiting to sell them online, have one, its a Unique Juggernaut that goes for like 25 bucks online.

Best deal I have made regarding collectables.

13 months of Xbox Live on Newegg today for 40 bucks. Just thought I'd mention in case anyone cares.
