yeah what exactly does this mean, is it bad, and how can I fix it?

Start deleting shit and turning off background programs you don't need/use.

increase your virtual memory, make sure the minimum and maximum are the same number to prevent fragmentation.

Yeah I don't really know what any of that means, so I am just going to delete everything that doesn't get used. I think that is what you said.

How about you use google to read up on virtual memory, and how to adjust it under windows. It's not rocket science.
