Multiple mask de-masking?

I remember seeing a LONG while ago someone being unmasked but there being another mask underneath. It may have been WCW, but I'm not 100% sure.

Anyone know what angle I'm thinking of? Huge plus if there's a video of it.

Episode 028 of Batman: The Animated Series entitled "The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy features a villain trying to steal Batman's cape and cowl for a crime boss. He eventually gets Batman to remove them, and Batman has a back-up mask underneath.

Rey Misterio maybe. I remember that too for some reason.

I remember at Halloween Havoc one year ('96?), Rey was taking on Chris Jericho, who had stolen his mask. Rey was wearing a different mask when the match started, then midway through when he had taken Jericho out, he removed one mask while simultaneously putting on the other one.

That's the closest I could come up with.

It was the same Jericho/Misterio angle. Jericho was collecting masks as trophies and he wanted to take Rey's. One week he had either run in after Rey's match or had beaten him down to where Rey was helpless and set him up on the top turnbuckle. When he took off Rey's mask, Rey had another underneath and was able to roll out of the ring while Jericho threw a fit.

You sure Misterio didn't roll up Jericho for a pin when he removed his mask and he had another on?

Nah, pretty sure this time he ran out of the ring celebrating his close escape. It's one of my top 3 favorite Jericho moments.
