Raw next week, Jericho spouts off that he wants a title shot and he should be in the title scramble or something. He continues to belittle HBK and also CM Punk making fun of his straight edge ideals and calling him a poser. He talks a lot about the bad things Shawn did. He gets a rematch against Punk that night and loses when HBK's music hits. HBK doesn't come out though. At Unforgiven it is announced that HBK will make yet another "Special Announcement" and he tells Jericho something that will drive him crazy "I forgive you."

This will play up Shawn's Christian turn the other cheek and his bowing out gracefully because his wife begged him to. Honor be damned some things like his health and being able to be there for his family are more important.

But then Jericho pulls out something crazy. He brings out Bret Hart. "Shawn I don't forgive you. You in my eyes still haven't finished paying for your sins, and if you leave now you'll still be stained." It would also be like a canadian passing the torch to Jericho thing.

Jericho can be in the scramble and win .. perhaps.. that really doesn't matter. BUt it'd be cool

This could set up for survivor series 08 Jericho v. Shawn Michaels IronMan Match with referree Bret Hart for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Now I know that will never happen but it's beautiful to think about eh?

I still want to see a Jericho Michaels Ladder match too. I hope this angle continues all the way to wrestlemania.

I was with you until you mentioned the obligatory Bret Hart return to confront HBK.

And then I lost all interest.

I thought of something better anyway. Shawn forgives him.

Jericho wins the title, offers him a title shot if he will come back. He does (can't resist) and wins. But that's too many title changes in too short a period of time and I really like CM Punk as champ and Jericho as Top Heel.

That scenario ends with Shawn Michaels as world champion however.

And that thought makes me a happy man.

Oh he should be the champion for like 3 years straight. Go undefeated and say when he loses he'll retire. Then in 3 years have CM Punk beat him to regain it.

I would like to see Chris Jericho provoke Michaels back, and when he does return to fight Jericho (not wrestle), a video on the titantron comes up, and Lance Cade is talking to Rebecca. Cade tells her that he does not approve of what Jericho did, but that Michaels has been a horrible husband to her. He is going to fight Jericho, instead of thinking about her and the kids, and he did put her in harm's way.

Rebecca is upset at first, but Cade sweet talks her a bit, and then drops hints that he has been interested in her. He's a bigger man, in good shape, younger...HBK isn't the "Sexy Boy" from his song anymore. Rebecca agrees to some sort of meeting with Cade in the future. HBK is hurt and furious. He attacks Jericho and Cade, but the numbers wear him down, until Paul London runs in with a steel chair for the save. London tells HBK that he can't let these two beat him, and that he admires Michaels too much to see him turn into this silly old man stumbling into traps and getting his ass kicked all the time.

Cue Shawn Michaels & Paul London vs. Chris Jericho & Lance Cade. This is Michaels' return match, and he finds himself teaming with one of his appreciative students. Michaels finds himself isolated and beaten down during the match. HBK gets a tag to London, who flies in...and then tags Michaels again, before bringing him back into the ring and beating him down. Jericho, Cade & London join in on an HBK beat-down, and finally Jericho gets the pin on Michaels with one of his cocky poses. Jericho & Cade win.

The next night, Paul London says he didn't even study personally under Shawn Michaels. HBK wasn't back in the WWE at the time, he was just too selfish to spend time on Michaels, and instead mentored his former tag team partner in Brian Kendrick. London says that Michaels didn't even share it with the world when his student made the WWE, and only the fans with enough interest to do the research knew about their connection. London says he is helping Michaels truly find God by putting his old, balding, broken down shell out of commission.

HBK has had enough. The final straw has been broken, and he returns with his head-shaved, new attire, and a pissed off look about him. He's shed his family, and his famous image, just to defend his honour and his legacy as a wrestler. Jericho gets excited, and says this is exactly what he wanted Michaels to do. London also shares in the joy, although Lance Cade doesn't seem happy about this. Jericho introduces us to a man who idolises him, Johnny Jeter. Jericho says that he doesn't push those who worship him or train under him away. He allows them to share his spotlight. Jericho, Cade, London & Jeter are celebrating in the ring one night, when Shawn Michaels' (new?) music hits, and out comes Michaels, walking with a purpose. Jericho asks Michaels what he plans to do against an army -- before Tyson Tomko appears out of nowhere, and starts taking down the members of Jericho's party. HBK says it is time to acknowledge one of his students, and puts over Tomko as the biggest and baddest of them.

Michaels also invites The Brian Kendrick to RAW, with Ezekiel Jackson, and tells Kendrick that he was the pupil that reminded him most of himself, and that he wants Kendrick on his side to go to war against Jericho. Kendrick says he is better than Shawn Michaels ever was, and that he's the future and Michaels' body is wearing down...but Kendrick would love to prove himself by floating a sinking ship. Kendrick and Michaels form a sort of alliance without ever being good friends. The Kendrick just respects the legacy of his teacher, and HBK respects the zone Kendrick has found. Ezekiel Jackson joins because Kendrick does, and is happy to be working with a future Hall of Famer like Michaels.

So at Survivor Series we get Chris Jericho leading Lance Cade, Paul London & Johnny Jeter against Shawn Michaels, Tyson Tomko, The Brian Kendrick & Ezekiel Jackson. Poor Zeke goes first, when Kendrick instructs him to get himself disqualified to weaken all the members of Team Jericho. This allows The Kendrick to pin Jeter after hitting The Kendrick. Tyson Tomko then beheads Paul London with a Chainsaw Kick to eliminate him. Tomko finds himself the victim of some heel shenanigans, and is eliminated by Lance Cade. It's down to Jericho & Cade vs. Michaels & The Kendrick. Brian is isolated and beaten down on, but Kendrick gets put in the Walls of Jericho, and has the heart to get to his corner and tag Michaels, who cleans house, and pins Jericho with the Sweet Chin Music. Jericho hits the same move on Cade, and is about to win the match, when Kendrick breaks up the pin, and hits Michaels with The Kendrick, which allows Cade to crawl into the cover and get the pin. Kendrick just shakes his head looking as Cade stands victorious.

Michaels then goes on a hit-man streak, pinning Kendrick, London, Jeter, Cade and finally getting Jericho one-on-one at WrestleMania in Houston, where Michaels goes over, and Kendrick, London, Cade & Jeter actually give him his due and applaud him after he wins from the stage.

Well, that's just a random way they could go with the angle.

Not a bad story for us on the net, but the regular fan will be lost after the first few turns.

And HBK shavign his head? WTF Noid. Do we need to see that Baldness?

Are you secretly Jim Herd, wanting HBK to shave his head, wear and earring and be called Spartacus?

Surprised you didn't bring in Doug Basham in there somewhere. Not a bad idea but it won't happen. Jericho forming a stable is a good plan, though. Just having Lance Cade wandering around with him like a sheep isn't helping anyone really. Doesn't add to the feud, and doesn't get Cade over.

Jesus Christ, Noid, if I read that I'd have to call off from work.

That's what I dislike about Cade's current alliance with Jericho. It just seems like he's a shadow, and he's not adding much to Jericho's run as a heel. He seems more a distraction than anything.

In my scenario, I gave Lance Cade his own streak of heelish behaviour to run off (trying to sleep with Rebecca Michaels; holding a deep enough resentment for Shawn Michaels to want to see him hurt, retired and destroyed on every level), and I have him actually out-last Jericho in their Survivor Series match, and actually scoring the win for his team. Hopefully some of this would add up to making Cade a credible heel with his own motivations.

The turns are a bit messy, but there's really only two of them. Brian Kendrick seems to turn face, but it wouldn't be a change of his character. More the fans just getting behind Kendrick because he and his hired muscle were fighting alongside Shawn fucking Michaels. When he abandons Shawn Michaels, it is more him trying to take the spotlight for himself, and just do something drastic rather than joining Chris Jericho's group. He remains a part of SmackDown!, and does his own thing, and makes fun of HBK for trusting him when Kendrick has evolved beyond the master. Kendrick would have his own shit going on for most of it. It's just a re-affirmation of his heel status.

Paul London turning heel is something I'm not too big on, but for the purposes of a Shawn Michaels stable, I think it could be cool. Especially if he was all about transforming Shawn Michaels into someone he could again idolise. There seem to be a few Joker-like characters floating around in the WWE today (I've seen Chris Jericho and Edge compared to him, and Kane is pretty nuts, too), but London taking the sadistic and seemingly idealistic qualities of The Joker could be pretty fun stuff. I meant to include a line he could drop after turning on Shawn Michaels in regard to the secretly filming Lance Cade with Rebecca Michaels stuff, "Who do you think was holding the camera?" He was in on it the whole time.

Shawn Michaels changing his look is something that of course would be controversial, but it's recently really started to bother me how bald Shawn Michaels looks. If he just accepted it, and went with it, it'd be far less bothersome. It'd also add to the irony of the story: Both Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho have changed their images and attitudes, and one could even make the proposition that this was what Jericho wanted all along: To have some form of influence over Shawn Michaels.

Im not sure this program can now go to a Ladder Match. It seems logical because both guys are good at them, but there's something about a Ladder Match that doesnt scream blood fued to me. I almost think this should just end in a Cage Match. HBK could bloody Jericho and beat him. They could do a bunch of eye spots with the cage.

Problem with a Ladder Match is that they come across more as spot fests, rather than a brutal match.

I'd love for Jericho to get into the scramble match, and have it come down to Jericho and Punk, with everyone else laid out. Then have HBK return, only to blast Punk with SCM. As Jericho goes to cover him, and HBK start shouting something like "Go ahead, live in my shadow." Basically implying that if Jericho wins now, it's all due to HBK. Jericho, being more consumed with being better than HBK, doesn't pin Punk.

THat'll keep their feud going well, plus, it sets up a HBK vs PUnk, and another Punk vs Jericho match, which would be good... I don't want the three of them in a match though, as I don't want Punk to actually get grouped into their feud. I'd rather have Punk get into the Batista/Cena feud, and show a few more heelish tendencies (Get on Cena for changing himself to make the kids happy, get on Batista for his "questionable" work out routine, etc,.)

I digress though... Ultimately, I want to keep Jericho a heel, but I want to turn HBK heel... Have him start calling Jericho the new HBK (and start calling himself the Heart Break Man.) Then have a little "Evolution" esque stable with Shawn in Flair's role, Jericho, Cade, London, and maybe someone like Burchill as an enforcer. Anywho, I'm just rambling.
