What feud would he be in now and your thoughts.
Him and Undertaker would be going round and round again or maybe Big Daddy V.
He would have been in that Monster Mash match from a while ago.

He would have had to go on hiatus and come back slimmed down to about Rikishi-size to be relevant.

Nope he died a while back, I think of a heart attack. I never really thought of him a really good wrestler anyways.

And obviously some sort of freak match with Khali.
Yoko dancing with Rikishi and Too Cool would have been fucking EPIC.

He would be 900 lbs and his matches would consist of people bouncing off of him.
Don't think he'd be in a program with Vis (having been released) but what sort of tag team would say Yoko - Umaga be?
Now that could be just the sort of injection the Tag titles would need.

They did that one time...
It was called the Colossal Connection.
It would have worked much the same way: Umaga (playing Haku's role) would do most of the work and Yoko (playing Andre's role) would be barely mobile and just there to finish off whatever was left of Umaga's destruction.

I think Yoko's team with Owen was probably his best role in the company. I'd do something like that with an up and comer, maybe Shelton.
