I picked this up few days ago. I enjoyed it.
Can't wait for the next Godspeed album
But seriously isn't the Dirty Three gonna come out with a new album soon?

I really liked this. I always said that Mr. Beast was an "amazing album for no reason in particular", and this feels pretty much like a very strong sequel, almost. It's very Mr. Beast-y in feel, but I don't mind all that much. No big 11 minute tracks or anything but a wide and nicely explored soundscape nonetheless. Tasty Mogwai goodness.
mitchables approves.

I had no idea this was due out so soon. Must be getting out of touch.

They've actually just re-released Young Team, which I might pick up for posterity's sake.
Young Team
Also, fuck, I am loving this album. It definitely rewards repeated listens. Lot of little nuances and stuff that you don't hear the first time through. Headphones ftw.

The rerelease of Young Team is killer. Paste's highest rated album this month, btw.

Young Team's had a bit of a remastering by the sound of things, which can only be a good thing.
Not sure what the bonus material's like though - think it's a collection of live and b-side stuff.

I heard them play some tunes from it on Rob Da Bank's radio show a few weeks back.
They also picked some mad tunes to play on the show as well. Teenage Fanclub, Lil Wayne, and McLusky.
downloading it now.

I'm going to bump the tread up.After burying his mother nine months earlier, a client of the local mortuary finally had enough money to purchase the expensive coffin he'd originally wanted. So we exhumed the body and transferred his deceased mother into the new steel casket. "What's so special about this coffin?" I asked the funeral director. He replied, "It has a lifetime warranty."------------The WOW gold Online Store, Open 24/7 Looking to buy wow gold (http://www.u4game.com), Items or Accounts? You would find the cheapest gold here.
