Show vs. Batista happened on an early episode of ECW when they were throwing monsters at Show while he was champ. The match may have actually been the last WWE match to take place at the Hammerstein Ballroom if I'm not mistaken as Batista (a face) was booed and taunted heavily by the fans.
Show and Cena had a feud early on in Cena's face run which led to a match between the two at WrestleMania XX and Cena winning the US Title from Show.

I just remember it being a huge deal that Cena could FU the Big Show

I remember it being a huge deal that anyone could get bigshow in a fireman's carry based move, which is silly. The average male can lift more than twice his own body wieght in a firemans carry. Cena, billed at 240 pounds should be able to lift more than 480 lbs in a fireman's carry according to this line of thinking. Bigshow at the time was being billed at 500+ lbs. On top of that, Cena is clearly not the average male when it comes to strength training, he is easily above average, so it really shouldn't be a suprise that he would be able to lift Bigshow in a fireman's carry, even if bigshow was to dead wieght him. But knowing that Bigshow is a very proffesional guy and helps everyone he can in and out of the ring, it really isn't that big of a deal.
I probably went further in that than I should have.

YOU BOTH SUCK! YOU BOTH SUCK!
Hammerstein FTW. I remember this match. Was part of the reason WWE decided to stop holding the shows there.

Best shows I've ever been to have been in that arena because of the crowd and the atmosphere.

This was also the event of the classic Kurt Angle-Brooklyn Brawler match.
and CM Punk's ECW Debut.

That's why ECW is better than WCW. Not "was" better, "is" better.
ECW has something WCW never really had. A cult following.

I'd love to see Hogan in that arena.
One day, during a REALLY shitty main event (perhaps in the Ballroom and involving Hogan) I'd love to see almost the entire arena clear out. There'd be no bigger "this is shit" chant than nobody sitting in the crowd.
